Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.架橋したエラストマーの第一層、及び膜フイルムの第二層を含む 、皮膚の瘢痕の治療に適した複合物品。 2.膜フイルムがポリジメチルシロキサンとポリテトラフルオロエチ レンとからなる半−相互侵入高分子網目構造体である請求の範囲第1項に記載の 物品。 3.架橋したエラストマーがポリジメチルシロキサンである、請求の 範囲第1項に記載の物品。 4.各層が、他の層と異なる表面特性を有する、請求の範囲第1項に 記載の物品。 5.少なくとも51.9g/m2/日の水蒸気透過度を有する、請求 の範囲第1項に記載の物品。 6.少なくとも0.88インチのドレープ適性を有する、請求の範囲 第1項に記載の物品。 7.38.1ポンド/平方インチ以下の弾性率を有する、請求の範囲 第1項に記載の物品。 8.各層が、他の層と異なる表面特性を有する、請求の範囲第2項に 記載の物品。 9.少なくとも51.9g/m2/日の水蒸気透過度を有する、請求 の範囲第2項に記載の物品。 10.少なくとも0.88インチのドレープ適性を有する、請求の範 囲第2項に記載の物品。 11.38.1ポンド/平方インチ以下の弾性率を有する、請求の範 囲第2項に記載の物品。 12.各層が、他の層と異なる表面特性を有する、請求の範囲第3項 に記載の物品。 13.少なくとも51.9g/m2/日の水蒸気透過度を有する、請 求の範囲第3項に記載の物品。 14.少なくとも0.88インチのドレープ適性を有する、請求の範 囲第3項に記載の物品。 15.38.1ポンド/平方インチ以下の弾性率を有する、請求の範 囲第3項に記載の物品。 16.ポリジメチルシロキサンの層が0.01インチ厚さである、請 求の範囲第3項に記載の物品。 17.ポリジメチルシロキサンの層が0.03インチ厚さである、請 求の範囲第3項に記載の物品。 18.半−相互侵入高分子網目構造体が0.001インチ厚さである 、請求の範囲第2項に記載の物品。 19.半−相互侵入高分子網目構造体が0.002インチ厚さである 、請求の範囲第2項に記載の物品。 20.(1)膜フイルムを形成し、(2)実質的に純粋なポリシロキ サンの表面を膜フイルムの少なくとも一方側に形成させて複合構造体を形成し、 そして(3)当該構造体を身体の解剖学的領域に適用するのに適した有用な形状 に変える、各工程を含む方法。 21.前記有用な形状を皮膚の瘢痕に適用する、請求の範囲第20項 に記載の方法。 22.膜フイルムが、ポリシロキサンとポリテトラフルオロエチレン との相互侵入高分子網目構造体である、請求の範囲第20項に記載の方法。 23.有用な形状が、手指、足指又はその他の解剖学的突起部を収容 するための穴を有する、請求の範囲第21項に記載の方法。 24.有用な形状が、フェースマスク様の形状である、請求の範囲第 21項に記載の方法。 25.有用な形状が、身体からの熱移動を促進する孔を有する、請求 の範囲第21項に記載の方法。 26.有用な形状が、指用サック様の形状である、請求の範囲第21 項に記載の方法。 27.架橋したエラストマーの第一層、及び膜フイルムからなる第二 層を含む皮膚の瘢痕の治療に適した複合物品であって、当該膜フイルムがポリジ メチルシロキサンとポリテトラフルオロエチレンとの半−相互侵入高分子網目構 造体であり、架橋したエラストマーがポリジメチルシロキサンであり、各層が他 の層と異なる表面特性を有し、ポリジメチルシロキサンの層が0.01インチ厚 さであり、半−相互侵入高分子網目構造体が0.001インチ厚さである、前記 物品。 28.(1)膜フイルムを形成し、(2)実質的に純粋なポリシロキ サンの表面を膜フイルムの少なくとも一方側上に形成して複合構造体を形成し、 当該構造体を身体の解剖学的領域に適用するのに適した有用な形状に変える、各 工程を含む方法であって、前記膜フイルムがポリシロキサンとポリテトラフルオ ロエチレンとの相互侵入高分子網目構造体であり、前記有用な形状が手指、足指 又はその他の解剖学的突起部を収容するための穴を有し、そして、有用な形状が 身体からの熱移動を促進するように孔を有する、前記方法。 29.有用な形状が指サック様の形状である、請求の範囲第28項に 記載の方法。
