Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.ケミカルパルプを活性化Ti族、V族またはCr族の遷移金属の存在下で過酸化 物または過酸で処理するケミカルパルプの脱リグニン方法であって、少なくとも 一種のヘテロ原子、例えば、Si、PまたはBを含む化合物(これは該活性化遷移 金属とともにヘテロポリ酸を生成することができる)を該パルプに添加すること を特徴とする脱リグニン方法。 2.前記ヘテロ原子がケイ素またはリンであることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1 項に記載の方法。 3.前記ヘテロ原子含有化合物を、前記活性化遷移金属と同じアルカリ溶液中で 前記パルプに供給することを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項または第2項に記載の 方法。 4.活性化遷移金属及びヘテロ原子の両方を含む化合物、例えば、シリコモリブ デン酸型化合物を、前記パルプに供給することを特徴とする請求の範囲第3項に 記載の方法。 5.前記活性化金属がMo、VまたはWであることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項 〜第4項のいずれかに記載の方法。 6.前記パルプを過酸化物と過酸の混合物で処理することを特徴とする請求の範 囲第1項〜第5項のいずれかに記載の方法。 7.前記過酸化物が過酸化水素であり、かつ前記過酸が過酢酸であることを特徴 とする請求の範囲第1項〜第6項のいずれかに記載の方法。 8.前記処理のpHが2〜7、好ましくは4.5〜5.5の範囲内であり、かつ温度が30 〜120℃、好ましくは80〜100℃の範囲内であることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1 項〜第7項のいずれかに記載の方法。 9.上記の活性化された過酸化物及び/または過酸処理の前に、木材原料に由来 する重金属、例えば、Fe、Mn及び/またはCuの除去のために前記パルプをキレー ト化することを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項〜第8項のいずれかに記載の方法。 10.前記キレート化薬品がDTPAであることを特徴とする請求の範囲第9項に記載 の方法。
