Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.湾曲中空チューブ形状の膜の内面をデファウル及びデポラライズするため の方法であって、 溶質、固形粒子、溶質及び固形粒子の混合物から成る群から選択した成分を含 有する流体を移動させることにより、前記中空の湾曲チューブ形状の膜の内面を 横断する流体中にディーン渦を創出させること、 を含む方法。 2.膜表面を巻付け状態の膜チューブとすることを含む請求項1の方法。 3.湾曲中空チューブ形状の膜が、軸線方向に進行するコイルを含んでいる請 求項1の方法。 4.軸線方向に進行する隣り合うコイル間の間隔が僅かであるか或は全く無い 請求項3の方法。 5.湾曲中空チューブ形状の膜が軸線方向及び半径方向に共に進行する状態で 巻付けられてなるコイルを含んでいる請求項1の方法。 6.湾曲中空チューブ形状の膜が半径方向に進行する状態で巻付けられてなる コイルを含んでいる請求項1の方法。 7.湾曲中空チューブ形状の膜内に過剰な圧力降下を生じさせることなく、該 膜をデファウルし且つ濃縮物集中をデポラライズするために十分に大きいディー ン数比を使用してディーン渦を創出すること、該十分に大きいディーン数と臨界 ディーン数との間の比を最大化すること、を含み、臨界ディーン数が、流体流束 、チューブの内径、膜厚、湾曲中空チューブ形状の膜の巻付け半径の関数である 請求項1の方法。 8.流体溶液を、式Vc=Rec μ/dρに従う臨界速度よりも高い速度で、湾曲中 空チューブ形状の膜の内面を移動させることを含み、前記Reが流体の臨界レイノ ルズ数であり、μが流体の粘度であり、dが湾曲中空チューブ形状の膜の内径で あり、ρが流体の密度である請求項7の方法。 9.圧力駆動式のろ過プロセスを実施するための装置であって、 湾曲した内面を有する湾曲中空チューブ形状の膜と、 溶質、固形粒子、溶質及び固形粒子の混合物から成る群から選択した成分を含 有する流体を移動させることにより、前記湾曲中空チューブ形状の膜の内面を横 断する流体中にディーン渦を創出するための手段と、 から構成される装置。 10.湾曲中空チューブ形状の膜がらせん状のコイルである請求項9の装置。 11.らせん状のコイルは軸線方向に巻付けられる請求項10の装置。 12.流体溶液を、式Vc=Rec μ/dρに従う臨界速度よりも高い速度で、湾曲 中空チューブ形状の膜の内面を移動させるための手段を含み、前記Reが流体の臨 界レイノルズ数であり、μが流体の粘度であり、dが湾曲中空チューブ形状の膜 の内径であり、ρが流体の密度である請求項9の装置。 13.湾曲中空チューブ形状の膜が、軸線方向及び半径方向に共に進行するよ うに巻付けられたコイルを含んでいる請求項9の装置。 14.湾曲中空チューブ形状の膜が、半径方向に進行するように巻付けられた コイルを含んでいる請求項9の装置。
