Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.円筒状のPTFEライナーを備えており、その円筒状のPTFEライナーは 、PTFEを押し出すに充分であろう運転荷重を支えるその円筒状PTFEライ ナーを有する流体制御バルブの使用中に、ライナーとの関係でシャフトを回転可 能とするため回転シャフトの周りに適合させられており、 内周面を有し、ライナーを保持するための対向する環状のキャビティ端部縁 間に規定される円筒状内側キャビティを含む円筒状の非金属軸受被覆体を備えて おり、そのキャビティ端部縁は内周面から端部縁表面にわたり内面に広がってお り、その端部縁表面の直径は回転シャフトの直径よりもわずかに大きくされてお り、 PTFEを押し出すに充分な実働運転荷重のもとで回転式制御バルブととも にあっても、過剰荷重PTFEがキャビティと軸受被覆体のキャビティ端部縁間 との内に保持されるように、その円筒状PTFEライナーはキャビティ端部縁間 のキャビティにはまり込むに充分な厚みを有しており、ライナーの内周直径は端 部縁表面の直径と一致している、 過剰荷重とPTFEを押し出すこととに充分な運転荷重が課される、回転シ ャフトを有する流体制御バルブの利用のための軸受。 2.円筒状軸受被覆体がフルオロカーボンから形成される請求項1に記載の軸受 。 3.円筒状軸受被覆体がPEEKから形成される請求項1に記載の軸受。 4.端部縁表面と回転シャフトとの間のクリアランスが0.0075inch以 下である請求項1に記載の軸受。 5.端部縁表面と回転シャフトとの間のクリアランスが実質的にゼロクリアラン スである請求項1に記載の軸受。
