Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.硫黄を少なくとも20ppbw含有する炭化水素供給原料を硫黄感受性触 媒を介して改質する方法にして、 その炭化水素供給原料を反応ゾーンにおいて該硫黄感受性触媒と接触させ、こ の場合該炭化水素供給原料と該触媒とは該反応ゾーンを反対方向に流れており; 該触媒を反応ゾーンからそれがいったん通過したら取り出し;そして 取り出された触媒を再生ゾーンに進める; ことから成る、上記方法。 2.反応ゾーンを通る触媒の流れが連続式であり、そして再生ゾーンに進み、 通過する触媒の流れも連続式である、請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。 3.触媒を再生ゾーンから反応ゾーンに再循環させる、請求の範囲第2項に記 載の方法。 4.触媒がL−ゼオライトを含む、請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。 5.触媒が更に、L−ゼオライト上に白金を分散して含んでいる、請求の範囲 第4項に記載の方法。 6.反応ゾーンが直列で配置された2〜6個の反応器から成る、請求の範囲第 1項に記載の方法。 7.炭化水素供給原料が硫黄を20〜500ppbw含有している、請求の範 囲第1項に記載の方法。 8.炭化水素供給原料を反応ゾーンに先立って硫黄吸収剤を通過させる、請求 の範囲第1項に記載の方法。 9.硫黄吸収剤が塊状のニッケルから成る、請求の範囲第8項に記載の方法。 10.反応器が積み重ねられている、請求の範囲第6項に記載の方法。 11.反応ゾーンを通る炭化水素供給原料流が上方に向かい、他方反応ゾーン を通る触媒流は下方に向かう、請求の範囲第10項に記載の方法。 12.触媒が流れる方向の最後の反応器が、触媒と供給原料との間に従来の向 流接触を採用している、請求の範囲第6項に記載の方法。 13.反応器の少なくとも1つが半径流式反応器である、請求の範囲第6項に 記載の方法。 14.反応器の少なくとも1つが半径流式反応器である、請求の範囲第12項 に記載の方法。 15.硫黄を少なくとも20ppbw含有する炭化水素供給原料を第VIII 族金属含有Lゼオライトを含む硫黄感受性触媒を介して改質する方法にして、 その炭化水素供給原料を直列配置の2〜6個の反応器を含む反応ゾーンにおい て該硫黄感受性触媒と接触させ、この場合該炭化水素供給原料と該触媒とは該反 応ゾーンを通って反対方向に連続式で流れており; 該触媒を反応ゾーンからそれがいったん通過したら取り出し、そして取り出さ れた該触媒を再生のために連続式で再生ゾーンに進め;そして 再生された該触媒を該反応ゾーンに再循環させる; ことから成る、上記方法。 16.反応ゾーンの反応器が積み重ねられている、請求の範囲第15項に記載 の方法。 17.反応器の少なくとも1つが半径流式反応器である、請求の範囲第15項 に記載の方法。 18.炭化水素供給原料を反応ゾーンに先立って硫黄吸収剤を通過させる、請 求の範囲第15に記載の方法。 19.硫黄吸収剤が塊状のニッケルを含む、請求の範囲第18項に記載の方法 。 20.触媒が白金含有L−ゼオライトを含む、請求の範囲第15項に記載の方 法。 21.触媒が流れる方向の最後の反応器が、触媒と供給原料との間に従来の向 流接触を採用している、請求の範囲第15項に記載の方法。 22.硫黄を5ppbw未満含有する改質された炭化水素生成物の流れを反応 ゾーンから回収する、請求の範囲第15項に記載の方法。 23.硫黄を1ppbw未満含有する改質された炭化水素生成物の流れを反応 ゾーンから回収する、請求の範囲第15項に記載の方法。
