Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.ドロスを非鉄金属のための集合助剤とともに炉内に導入し、ドロスと集合 助剤とを炉内に比酸化性雰囲気を維持して金属の融点を超える処理温度に加熱し 、ドロスをドロスから溶融金属が分離するまで炉内で攪拌し、分離した金属を炉 から取り出すことにより、非鉄金属を含有するドロスから非鉄金属を回収する方 法において、 当該集合助剤が、処理温度で実質的に固体のままであり、且つ、フッ化物塩若 しくはフッ化物塩混合物を含むことを特徴とするドロスから非鉄金属を回収する 方法。 2.当該集合助剤が、NaF、AlF3、CaF2、K3AlF6、KF、LiF 、MgF2、Na3AlF6若しくはこれらの混合物を含むことを特徴とする請求 の範囲1の方法。 3.当該集合助剤が、氷晶石若しくは回収氷晶石を含むことを特徴とする請求 の範囲1の方法。 4.当該集合助剤は、当該ドロスに、ドロスの重量に対するフッ素の重量で、 0.4から8%までの量で添加されることを特徴とする請求の範囲1、請求の範 囲2又は請求の範囲3の方法。 5.当該集合助剤は、当該ドロスに、ドロスの重量に対するフッ素の重量で0 .4から3.5%までの量で添加されることを特徴とする請求の範囲3の方法。 6.当該ドロスと集合助剤とがプラズマによって加熱されることを特徴とする 請求の範囲1、請求の範囲2、請求の範囲3、又は請求の範囲5の方法。 7.当該プラズマが、DCアークとして消耗型電極間で、DCアークとして 非消耗電極間で、移行型アークプラズマ発生器によって、若しくは内包型アーク プラズマトーチによって、発生されることを特徴とする請求の範囲6の方法。 8.当該プラズマが、内包型アークプラズマトーチによって、発生されること を特徴とする請求の範囲6の方法。 9.当該プラズマトーチが、作動ガスとして、窒素、水素、一酸化炭素、アル ゴン、酸素低減空気、又はこれらの混合物を使用することを特徴とする請求の範 囲8の方法。 10.当該ドロスと集合助剤とが、炉を連続的に、間欠的に若しくは往復的に回 転させることによって、攪拌されることを特徴とする請求の範囲1、請求の範囲 2、請求の範囲3、請求の範囲5、請求の範囲7、請求の範囲8、または、請求 の範囲9の方法。
