Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.実質的に円筒形の電気的要素と共に使用され、かつ (a)1組の比較的硬質な要素、および(b)1組の比較的弾性的な要素を含 む密封部材であって、 上記各硬質要素は、使用に際し、協働する上記各弾性要素を別の弾性要素の受 け台に押込んで電気的要素周囲に実質的に完全に適合させ、これにより電気的要 素を密封するように、配置する密封部材。 2.弾性要素は、電気的要素周囲への適合を補助するような少なくとも1つの 開口部を有する請求項1記載の密封部材。 3.少なくとも弾性要素は、2つの半円筒形部分から形成される請求項1記載 の密封部材。 4.硬質要素は、使用時に弾性要素の径方向の動きを制限するための弾性要素 の外方部分を含んでなる請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の密封部材。 5.硬質要素は、弾性要素内面に配置され使用時に弾性要素の横方向の動きを 制限する少なくとも1つの内方部分を含んでなる請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載 の密封部材。 6.各硬質要素は、協働弾性要素の円周外面周囲に好適には実質的に完全に延 在すると共に、使用時に電気的要素の各側面に対し横方向に配置される内方部分 を少なくとも1つ含む請求項5記載の密封部材。 7.硬質要素は、2つの半円筒形部分から形成される請求項1〜6のいずれか に記載の密封部材。 8.電気的応力緩和円錐体として形成される請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の 密封部材。 9.実質的に円筒形の電気的要素、好適には2つの導電性要素間の相互接続と 共に使用され、かつ 請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の密封部材を配置して備えるハウジングを含む エンクロージャー。 10.ハウジングは、電気的要素周囲に配置された圧縮性シーラント材料、好 適には油展ポリマーを含む請求項9記載のエンクロージャー。 11.応力緩和円錐体は、シーラント材料の容量変化に応じて容量が変化する ように配置された弾性的開口部手段を含んでなる請求項10記載のエンクロージ ャー。 12.ハウジング、好適には導電性外面を有するハウジング内に含まれ、この ハウジングは、このハウジング内に含有したシーラント材料の膨張に適合させる ための弾性壁部を有する請求項9〜11のいずれかに記載のエンクロージャー。 13.電気装置の2つの部品、好適にはスクリーン付電気ケーブル間の電気的 相互接続であって、この電気的相互接続の周囲に配置した請求項8記載の密封部 材を有する電気的相互接続。 14.電気的相互接続周囲のエンクロージャー内に配置した導電性部材を含ん でなり、この導電性部材は、弾性を示すと共に作業時に導電性部材外側のエンク ロージャー内でのボイドの形成を実質的に防止する請求項13記載の電気的相互 接続。 15.実質的に電場が存在しない領域において導電性要素間の相互接続部を囲 むようにこの導電性要素の相互接続部周囲に配置した導電性部材、および導電性 部材を支持してこの部材の位置をエンクロージャーのシーラント材料内に保持す るように配置した定位手段を含む請求項13または14記載の電気的相互接続。 16.比較的フレキシブルな材料からなる半割応力緩和円錐体の端部の方に各 々が配置した実質的に半円筒形の半割体シェルの1組から形成された比較的硬質 のハウジング内に収納された、2つの電力ケーブル間の電気的相互接続であって 、 各半割体シェルの各端部において1組の突出部が半割応力緩和円錐体内に拡大 し、これにより、ジョイントしたケーブル周囲の閉鎖に際しこの突出部が完成し た応力緩和円錐体をケーブル周囲に押込んで密封係合状態にさせる、電気的相互 接続。
