Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.弾性の変形可能な部材が変形される前に、凹部内に当て具全体を受け入れる ための凹部を形成する壁を有する弾性の変形可能な部材、前記弾性の変形可能な 部材の一端部に配置された前記凹部、前記凹部を囲む外面を有する前記弾性の変 形可能な部材、前記凹部内に配置される当て具、前記弾性の変形可能な部材の外 面が収容体に対して配備され、かつ力が加えられたとき、前記収容体の表面に対 して前記当て具の反対側面を変形し、かつ保持するために前記当て具の一側面に 対して変形可能な壁、及び一端部に反対側の弾性の変形可能な部材の端部を有す る収容体に漏れ口シール当て具を取り付けるための工具。 2.前記壁がほぼ円筒状でカップ状である請求項1記載の工具。 3.前記弾性の変形可能な部材の前記外面が前記凹部を覆う周縁フランジを有す る請求項1記載の工具。 4.さらに、前記弾性の変形可能な部材の前記壁は前記外面の方へ突出する前記 凹部内に膨出部を形成する請求項1記載の工具。 5.前記弾性の変形可能な部材はその中心を通る孔を有する請求項1記載の工具 。 6.さらに、前記弾性の変形可能な部材は、前記外面とは反対方向に前記壁から 延びる有孔円筒部を有する請求項5記載の工具。 7.前記円筒部が環状リブで囲まれる請求項6記載の工具。 8.さらに、前記円筒部内に延びるプランジャを有するハンドル有し、前記プラ ンジャは、前記当て具の前記反対側を前記収容体に接するように前記壁が変形さ れるとき、前記円筒部内を移動し前記当て具の一側面と接する請求項6記載の工 具。 9.液体漏れ口を有する収容体に漏れ口シール当て具を取り付けるための工具で あって、円筒状かつ有孔であり、その中心を通る孔を有する前記弾性の変形可能 な部材、カップ状の前記壁、前記凹部の内側へ覆うように延びる周縁フランジを 形成する前記弾性の変形可能な部材の前記外面、前記凹部内で前記周縁フランジ の方へ突出する膨出部を形成する前記カップ状の壁、前記一端部とは反対の端部 の方へ前記壁から延びる有孔の円筒部を有する前記弾性の変形可能な 部材、多数の環状リブにより囲まれている前記円筒部、及び前記周縁フランジが 前記収容体の漏れ口周囲の前記収容体面に対して設置され、そして力が前記円筒 部に対して前記反対端部から加えられたとき、漏れ口の周囲の前記面に対して前 記当て具の反対側を保持するように前記当て具の一側面に対して変形可能な前記 カップ状壁及び前記膨出部からなる請求項1記載の工具。 10.さらに、前記円筒部内に延びるプランジャを有するハンドル有し、前記プ ランジャは、前記漏れ口部において前記当て具を前記収容体に漏れ口をシールす るように接するべく前記壁が変形されるとき、前記円筒部内を移動し前記当て具 の一側面と接する請求項9記載の工具。 11.さらに、前記凹部内で液圧を開放する手段を有する請求項9記載の工具。 12.収容体の液体漏れ口をシールする手段であって、 A.前記漏れ口に隣接する前記収容体面を覆うための漏れ口シール当て具、可 撓性の液体不透過性の耐圧中心部を備える液体透過性の可撓性の繊維部材からな る前記当て具; B.前記当て具の一側面を覆う急速硬化性の接着シール剤、前記繊維及び中心 部に接着可能な前記シール剤; C.前記当て具を受け入れる凹部を形成する壁を有する弾性の変形可能な部材 、前記凹部を囲む外面を有する前記弾性の変形可能な部材、前記漏れ口の周囲の 壁を変形するように力が前記工具に加えられたとき、前記漏れ口に隣接する前記 収容体の前記面に対して前記当て具の一側面上の前記当て具及びシール剤を保持 し変形させるように、前記当て具の前記一側面と反対側の前記当て具の側面に対 して変形可能な壁、及び前記シール剤が接着しない材料からつくられる前記弾性 の変形可能な部材の前記壁: からなる収容体の液体漏れ口をシールする手段。 13.前記シール剤がエポキシ樹脂からなる請求項12の発明。 14.前記弾性の変形可能な部材がシリコンゴムからなる材料からつくられる請 求項12の発明。 15.前記当て具の前記中心部がネオプレンゴムからなる請求項12の発明。 16.可撓性の液体不透過性耐圧中心部を有する液体透過性の可撓性繊維部材; 前記繊維の一側面及び前記中心部を覆い接着する急速硬化性の接着剤;前記シー ル手段が加圧漏れ口をシールすることを可能ならしめるべく、前記中心部の反対 側面から加えられる力によって前記漏れ口に隣接する前記収容体面に対してぴっ たりと保持されるように構成されかつ配備される前記中心部; からなる液体収容体の漏れ口をシールするための当て具。 17.前記中心部は前記繊維部材の一側面に取り付けられた可撓性の液体不透過 性のシート部材からなる請求項16の当て具。 18.前記繊維部材はアロマティックポリアミド繊維からなり、シート部材はネ オプレンゴムからなり、前記接着剤は急速硬化性のエポキシ樹脂からなる請求項 17の当て具。 19.液体収容体の漏れ口をシールする方法であって、 A.工具内に当て具の一側面を支持し、前記工具の開口端部において外面を通 って前記当て具の反対側面を露出するように変形可能な工具で当て具を囲み; B.前記漏れ口に隣接する前記収容体面に対して前記工具の外面を位置させ; C.前記漏れ口に隣接する領域において前記収容体面に対して前記工具の外面 を変形させるように前記工具の反対端部に力を加え; D.前記工具を前記当て具の前記一側面に対して変形させるために、前記工具 の前記反対端部にさらに十分な付加的な力を加え; E.前記当て具の前記反対端部を前記漏れ口に隣接する前記領域に接触させ; F.前記当て具を前記漏れ口に隣接する前記領域の形状に合致させるように密 着させ; G.前記当て具が硬化し前記漏れ口をシールするように十分な時間の間前記漏 れ口に隣接する前記領域に前記当て具を接触保持し; H.前記工具を前記当て具との接触から放し、前記当て具が前記漏れ口に隣接 する前記収容体領域と合致した形状を維持する一方で前記工具が元の形状に戻る ように、前記工具の前記反対端部から力を除去する; ステップからなる液体収容体の漏れ口をシールする方法。 20.さらに、前記当て具の一側面と接するように前記工具を通してプランジャ を移動させ、前記収容体から加圧液体が流出するのを防ぐために前記当て具の 前記反対側面十分な力を加えることからなる請求項19の方法。 21.さらに、前記当て具の前記反対側面を、前記工具から前記当て具が逸脱す るのを防ぐためのリムで覆うことからなる請求項19の方法。
