Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.一般式(I): [M(L1L2L3)]n−XmA (I) [式中、 −Mは希土類または遷移金属イオンから選択される2価または3価金属カチ オンであり、 −L1、L2およびL3は同一または異なっており、窒素を含有する複素環を 少なくとも2つ有する配位子であって、L1、L2およびL3が窒素原子を介して 金属カチオンに結合しており、 −Xは配位子L1、L2およびL3の少なくとも1つと共有結合している反応 性または活性化し得る官能基であり、 −nは1〜10の整数であり、 −mは1〜6の整数であり、並びに −Aは荷電のバランスのために必要な1または数個の陰性荷電基を表す。] で示される金属錯体であって、 C2−C3アルキレンオキシ単位、C2−C3アルキレンチオ単位、C2−C3アル キレンアミノ単位および/またはポリヒドロキシ単位から選択される少なくとも 1つの親水性基を含有する、前記錯体。 2.金属カチオンMがルテニウムイオン、レニウムイオン、オスミウムイオン、 クロムイオンまたはイリジウムイオンである、請求項1記載の錯体。 3.金属カチオンMがルテニウムイオンである、請求項1または2記載の錯体。 4.配位子L1、L2およびL3がビピリジンおよび/またはフェナントロリン環 系を含有する、請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載の錯体。 5.反応性または活性化し得る官能基Xがカルボン酸ハロゲン化物、カルボン酸 無水物、活性エステル、マレイミド、アミン、カルボン酸、チオール、ハロゲン 化物、ヒドロキシル基または光活性化し得る基である、請求項1〜4のいずれか 1つに記載の錯体。 6.陰性荷電基Aがヘキサフルオロホスフェート、トリフルオロアセテート、テ トラフルオロボレート基、またはハロゲン化物イオンである、請求項1〜5の いずれか1つに記載の錯体。 7. ポリヒドロキシ単位が式(IIa)または(IIb): −NR−W (IIa) −O−W (IIb) [式中、Wは少なくとも2つのヒドロキシ基を有する有機残基を表し、Rは水 素またはC1-C5アルキルを表す。] で示される基から選択される、請求項1〜6のいずれか1つに記載の錯体。 8.ポリヒドロキシ単位が式−NR−C(CH2OH)3である、請求項7記載の 錯体。 9.C2−C3アルキレンオキシ単位、C2−C3アルキレンチオ単位またはC2− C3アルキレンアミノ単位がそれぞれエチレンオキシ、エチレンチオまたはエチ レンアミノ単位である、請求項1〜8のいずれか1つに記載の錯体。 10.1金属カチオン当たり1〜30のC2−C3アルキレンオキシ単位、C2−C3ア ルキレンチオ単位またはC2−C3アルキレンアミノ単位が存在する、請求項1〜 9のいずれか1つに記載の錯体。 11.一般式(III): [式中、M、XおよびAは請求項1と同様に定義される。R1、R2、R3、R4 、R5およびR6は同一または異なっており、それぞれ1または数個の置換基を表 す。ただし、Xは置換基R1、R2、R3、R4、R5またはR6の中の1つを介して 配位子の1つに連結しており、置換基R1、R2、R3、R4、R5またはR6の中の 少なくとも1つがC2−C3アルキレンオキシ単位、C2 −C3アルキレンチオ単位、及びC2−C3アルキレンアミノ単位から 選択され る親水性基の少なくとも1つを含有している。] で示される、請求項1〜10のいずれか1つに記載の錯体。 12.一般式(IIIa): [式中、M、XおよびAは請求項1と同様に定義される。R1、R2、R3、R4 およびR5は請求項11と同様に定義される。sは0〜6の整数である。YはC2− C3アルキレンオキシ単位、C2−C3アルキレンチオ単位およびC2−C3アルキ レンアミノ単位から選択される、1〜10の親水性単位を有する親水性基を表す。 ] で示される、請求項11記載の錯体。 13.一般式(IIIb): [式中、M、XおよびAは請求項1と同様に定義される。R1、R2、R3、R4 およびR5は請求項11と同様に定義される。sは0〜6の整数である。た だし、R1、R2、R3、R4および/またはR5が1〜10のC2−C3アルキレンオ キシ単位、C2−C3アルキレンチオ単位および/またはC2−C3アルキレンアミ ノ単位をそれぞれ含む親水性置換基を含有する。] で示される、請求項11記載の錯体。 14.一般式(IV): [式中、M、X、nおよびAは請求項1と同様に定義される。R1、R2および R3は同一または異なっており、それぞれ1または数個の置換基を表す。Yはそ れぞれの場合において、C2−C3アルキレンオキシ単位、C2−C3アルキレンチ オ単位およびC2−C3アルキレンアミノ単位から選択される、1〜10の親水性単 位を有する親水性リンカー基を表す。] で示される、請求項1〜10のいずれか1つに記載の錯体。 15.一般式(V): [式中、M、XおよびAは請求項1と同様に定義される。Zはリンカー基を表 す。R'1、R'2、R'3、R'4および/またはR'5は同一または異なっており、そ れぞれ1または数個の置換基を表す。ただし、R'1、R'2、R'3および/または R'4がポリヒドロキシ単位を含む親水性置換基を少なくとも1つ含有している。 ] で示される、請求項1〜10のいずれか1つに記載の錯体。 16.ポリヒドロキシ単位のOH基がさらに別の親水性基で置換されている、請求 項15記載の錯体。 17.前記さらに別の親水性基が一般式(VIa)または(VIb): −A1−NR−W1(A2−NR−W2)n' (VIa) −A1−O−W1(A2−O−W2)n' (VIb) [式中、 −A1およびA2は同一または異なっており、リンカー基を表し、 −W1およびW2は同一または異なっており、少なくとも2つのヒドロキシ基 を有する有機残基を表し、 −Rは水素またはC1-C5アルキルを表し、並びに −n’は0またはW1のヒドロキシ基の数に相当する。] で示される、樹枝状体または樹枝状構造部分を含む、請求項16記載の錯体。 18.請求項1〜17のいずれか1つに記載の金属錯体が少なくとも1つ結合してい る生物学的物質を含有する複合体。 19.前記生物学的物質がビオチン、抗体または抗体フラグメント、核酸、ポリペ プチド抗原、免疫学的反応性ペプチドまたはハプテンである、請求項18記載の複 合体。 20.免疫学的検出方法において、請求項1〜17のいずれか1つに記載の金属錯体 または請求項18若しくは19記載の複合体の使用。 21.電気化学発光方法における、請求項20記載の使用。 22.電気化学発光測定を金属錯体の還元剤の存在下で実施する、請求項21記載の 使用。 23.還元剤を錯体の配位子領域に集積させる、請求項22記載の使用。
