Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.針無し注射器であって、 大気圧を超える気圧のガスと治療剤からなる粒子とを収容する密封室(14, 38)が上流端に接続される細長いノズル(16,45)が備えられ、該ガスお よびそれにより運ばれる粒子が超音速でノズルを経て流れて解放されるために前 記室からの出口(19)を解放する手段(20,26,47,53)が備えられ ていることを特徴とする針無し注射器。 2.前記室からの出口は、手動操作により、それぞれ貫通されるかまたは開放 されるように配置される貫通可能な膜体または弁を組み込むことを特徴とする請 求の範囲第1項に記載の針無し注射器。 3.手動操作は注射器の2つの部分の相対的な運動を含むことを特徴とする請 求の範囲第2項に記載の針無し注射器。 4.前記室からの前記出口が、治療剤の一連の投与量を供給するために、連続 回数開閉され得る弁を組み込むことを特徴とする請求の範囲第2項に記載の針無 し注射器。 5.前記弁が開放される時間は制御手段によって自動的に制御され、そして前 記弁は前記室内の連続して減少する圧力にも拘わらず等しいかつ選択された投与 量の治療剤を供給するために連続してより長い期間開放されることを特徴とする 請求の範囲第4項に記載の針無し注射器。 6.前記制御手段がソレノイドまたはステツピングモータであることを特徴と する請求の範囲第4項または第5項に記載の針無し注射器。 7.前記密封された室が1またはそれ以上の開放端通路を含みかつ前記出口の 開放および圧縮ガスの解放時、このガスの少なくとも幾らかが1または複数の通 路を通って進みかつ前記通路内に粒子を運ぶように配置されることを特徴とする 請求の範囲前項いずれか1項に記載の針無し注射器。
