Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.測定送信機内のセンサで測定した特定のパラメータに比例する出力信号を 提供する前記測定送信機を通常の動作位置から前記測定送信機を取り外すことな く較正するための装置であって、 筐体と、 前記特定のパラメータを検知するため前記筐体内に配置した較正センサ素子と 、 前記筐体を前記測定送信機へ接続して、前記測定送信機内の前記測定センサと 同一の特定のパラメータに前記較正センサを曝すためのチューブと、 前記較正センサに前記測定センサを接続するための通信リンクと、 前記較正センサが検出した前記特定のパラメータに関連するデータを処理する 手段であって、前記較正センサが検出した前記特定のパラメータに関連する処理 済みデータと前記測定センサが検出した前記特定のパラメータに関連する処理済 みデータとを比較し、前記比較に基づいて前記測定センサを較正するための手段 とを含む装置。 2.前記測定送信機から前記特定のパラメータに関連する本来の較正データと 、前記測定センサおよび前記較正センサの双方からの前記特定のパラメータの最 大検出値と、前記測定センサと前記較正センサの双方での前記特定のパラメータ の最小検出値とを記憶するための手段をさらに含む請求の範囲1に記載の装置。 3.測定している前記特定のパラメータの関数として可変長の周期を発生する ための信号ジェネレータをさらに含む請求の範囲2に記載の装置。 4.等間隔のパルスを発生するクロックをさらに含む請求の範囲3に記載の装 置。 5.前記較正センサについて前記特定のパラメータの前記最大検出値を表す周 期と、前記測定センサからの前記特定のパラメータの前記最大検出値を表す周期 と、前記較正センサについて前記特定のパラメータの前記最大検出値を表す周期 と、前記測定センサについて前記特定のパラメータの前記最小検出値を表す周期 との中で発生するパルスカウントを決定する手段をさらに含む請求の範囲4に記 載の装置。 6.前記処理手段が前記特定のパラメータの前記最大検出値についての本来の 較正データと前記較正センサからの前記特定のパラメータの前記最大検出値の間 の差分と、前記特定のパラメータの前記最小検出値についての前記本来の較正デ ータと前記較正センサからの前記特定のパラメータの前記最小検出値との間の差 分とを計算する請求の範囲5に記載の装置。 7.前記特定のパラメータが結露点温度である請求の範囲6に記載の装置。 8.前記較正センサは容量原理で動作するアルミ酸化物センサである請求の範 囲7に記載の装置。 9.前記処理手段に接続されて前記較正手段の進行状況の視覚表示を提供する ディスプレイ装置をさらに含む請求の範囲1に記載の装置。 10.測定送信機内の測定センサで測定した特定のパラメータに比例する出力 信号を提供する測定送信機を通常の動作位置から前記測定送信機を取り外すこと なく再較正するための方法であって、 前記特定のパラメータを検出する較正センサを設けるステップと、 前記測定送信装置へ前記較正センサを接続し、前記測定センサと同一の特定の パラメータに前記較正センサを曝すステップと、 前記較正センサで検出した前記特定のパラメータに関連するデータを処理する ステップと、 前記較正センサで検出した前記特定のパラメータに関連する処理済みデータと 前記測定センサで検出した前記特定のパラメータに関連する処理済みデータとを 比較するステップと、 前記比較に基づいて前記測定センサを再較正するステップとを含む方法。 11.前記再較正に関する情報を表示して前記較正手段の進行状況の視覚表示 を提供するステップをさらに含む請求の範囲1に記載の装置。
