Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 人間および動物の生体組織内の出血をプラズマジェット手段によって停止 し痂皮を形成するための装置であり、 ペンシル状の外形を有し所要のプラズマジェット断面を形成するための先端部 (7)とともに形成された電気的に伝導性の本体(6)からなるプラズマジェッ ト発生手段を備え、前記本体(6)は正の電位を有するガス出力源の正極に接続 され、 本体(6)はプラズマ生成ガスを加熱するための円筒状チャネル(17)を備 え、前記チャネルは複数のセクション(8,9,10)からなり、これらのセク ションは互いに電気的に絶縁されるとともにそれそれが電気的に絶縁性のブッシ ュ(22)を介して本体(6)に接続され、このブッシュはセクション(8,9 ,10)と同心状であるとともに冷却液をガス加熱チャネル(17)へおよびこ れから誘導するために設けられたチャネル(19)とともに形成され、 前記セクション(8,9,10)は、最も外側のセクション(10)を除いて 、等しいチャネル横断長dcと等しいチャネル長lnとを有し、nはカソード(1 3,14)から計算したセクションの数に相当し、前記セクションの数は少なく とも3つであり、これに加えてカソード(13)から離延して後続する各セクシ ョンの長さがln=n−dcとなる必要があり、 プラズマジェットを形成するために設けられた最も外側のセクション(10) が本体(6)の先端部分(7)に接続されるとともに、切創からの出血を停止す るために、プラズマ生成ガスの種類および生体組織の特性に応じて設定されたチ ャネル横断長dfを有し、前記チャネルは生体組織を切開するために2つの円筒 状の空洞(17,18)として構成され、その入り口部分の横断長が先行する全 てのセクション(8,9)の横断長dcに等しくなるとともに出口部分は0.4 −0.6mm等しくなりさらにその長さlは(1.5−2.0)×dfに等しく なることを特徴とする装置。 2. 最も内側のセクション(8)が空洞状の円筒形電極の形で構成され、これ は電気的に絶縁性のブッシュ(11)を介して本体(6)に接続され、さらに電 気的に絶縁性のシーリング・ガスケット(15)を介してセクション(8)に接 続されたカソード(13,14)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置 。 3. カソード(13,14)が電気的に伝導性のチューブ(14)からなり、 その一端部に高溶融性金属電極(13)が接合され、前記電極は放電電流の動作 領域内における熱電放射のために必要とされる電流レベルを提供するために設け られており、さらに前記チューブ(14)の反対側の端部はガス伝送ならびに基 礎エネルギー源およびマイクロプラズマトロンのトリガシステムの負極のための 接続要素として作用し、また電気的に伝導性のチューブ(14)は孔(16)と ともに形成され前記マイクロプラズマトロンの流動チャンバ内へプラズマ生成ガ スを伝送し均等に分散させることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の装置。 4. カソード(13,14)の電極(13)がウォルフラムまたはその合金か らなることを特徴とする請求項2または3記載の装置。 5. プラズマ生成ガスとして空気を使用し、カソード(13,14)の電極( 13)がジルコニウムまたはハフニウムからなることを特徴とする請求項2また は3記載の装置。 6. プラズマ生成ガスとして水蒸気を使用し、外側から二番目および最も外側 のセクション(9,10)がそれらの前部および後部がチャネル(19)に接し て形成され、これがプラズマ生成ガスを加熱するためのチャネル(12)に接続 されるとともに、熱遮断された円筒形ブッシュ(21)内に配置された多孔性挿 入部材の手段によって冷却水から隔離された空間を有しており、さらに前記多孔 性の挿入部材が外側から二番目および最も外側のセクション(9,10)の少な くとも半分を被覆することを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載の装 置。
