Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.燃焼プロセスで生ずる少なくとも1つの反応生成物の温度および濃度が検出 される蒸気発生設備の燃焼調節のための方法において、燃焼プロセスに供給すべ き反応性混合物(B、L、H)の組成に対する複数個の目標値(SWn)がファ ジーまたはニューロファジー論理により空間的な温度分布および濃度プロフィル により求められることを特徴とする蒸気発生設備の燃焼調節方法。 2.燃焼プロセスに供給すべき燃料(B)の組成に対する第1の目標値(SW1 )が求められることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。 3.燃焼プロセスへの空気(L)の供給に対する第2の目標値(SW2)が求め られることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の方法。 4.燃料(B)への添加物質(H)の配量供給に対する第3の目標値(SW3) が求められることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3の1つに記載の方法。 5.温度分布および濃度プロフィルから分布およびプロフィルを特徴付けるデー タ(M)が導出され、また目標値または各目標値(SWn)を求めるために利用 されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4の1つに記載の方法。 6.空間的温度分布および空間的濃度プロフィルが、燃焼プロセスから取得され た放射スペクトルからトモグラフ法により再構成されることを特徴とする請求項 1ないし5の1つに記載の方法。 7.燃焼室(1)と、燃焼室(1)からの放射データ(D)を取得するための少 なくとも2つの光学的センサ(2、3)と接続されているデータ処理システム( 4)とを有する請求項1ないし6の1つによる方法を実施するための装置におい て、データ処理システム(4)と接続されている調節装置(6)が、燃焼プロセ スに供給すべき反応性混合物(B、L、H)の組成に対する複数個の目標値(S Wn)を放射データ(D)から求めるためのファジーまたはニューロファジー調 節器モジュール(5)を含んでいることを特徴とする蒸気発生設備の燃焼調節装 置。 8.調節装置(6)が、ファジーまたはニューロファジー調節器モジュール(5 )と接続されている別の調節器モジュール(10)を含んでいることを特徴とす る請求項7記載の装置。 9.データ処理システム(4)が、反応性混合物(B、L、H)の組成に対する 目標値または各目標値(SWn)を表示するための指示装置(17)と接続され ていることを特徴とする請求項7または8記載の装置。 10.調節装置(6)がそれぞれ駆動導線(14、15、16)を介して燃料( B)に対する第1の供給装置および空気(L)に対する第2の供給装置ならびに 添加物質(H)に対する第3の供給装置と接続されていることを特徴とする請求 項7ないし9の1つに記載の装置。
