Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 電子制御式制動倍力装置を有する車両ブレーキ装置であって、 ブレーキペダルの操作運動をマスタブレーキシリンダへと伝達する操作部材(7 0、80)を有し、この操作部材に付属して、 2つの止め(91、92)の間に受容されて操作部材(70)の操作運動を 制限する行程制限要素(82)が設けられており、 制動倍力装置の制御装置に信号を送るために、操作部材(70、80)の操 作運動時に止め(91、91a)の一方によって操作可能なスイッチング要素( 85)を有し、 行程制限要素(82)が操作部材(70、80)に配置されており、 スイッチング要素(85)を受容する支持体(86)が行程制限要素(82 )の脇に配置されている、車両ブレーキ装置。 2. 行程制限要素(82)が操作部材(70、80)の2つの鍔部(83 、84)の間に配置されており、支持体(86)が行程制限要素(82)と2つ の鍔部(83、84)の一方との間に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求の 範囲1記載の車両ブレーキ装置。 3. 支持体(86)が、操作部材(48)を形状が合うことによって少な くとも部分的に把持する2つの爪部(108a、108b)を有することを特徴 とする、請求の範囲1又は2記載の車両ブレーキ装置。 4. 支持体(86)が、行程制限要素(80)に対して実質的に平行に両 方の止め(91、92)の間を延びていることを特徴とする、請求の範囲1、2 又は3記載の車両ブレーキ装置。 5. 支持体(86)が支持腕部(114)を有し、この支持腕部にスイッ チング要素(85)が配置されていることを特徴とする、請求の範囲1〜4のい ずれか1項記載の車両ブレーキ装置。 6. 爪部(108a、108b)及び/又は支持腕部(114)が板状弾 性材料で形成されていることを特徴とする、請求の範囲1〜5のいずれか1項記 載の車両ブレーキ装置。 7. 行程制限要素(82)と支持体(86)が両方の鍔部(83、84) の間で遊隙なしに受容されるように、爪部(108a、108b)及び/又は支 持腕部(114)が湾曲していることを特徴とする、請求の範囲1〜6のいずれ か1項記載の車両ブレーキ装置。 8. 支持腕部(114)が行程制限要素(82)に当接することを特徴と する、請求の範囲1〜7のいずれか1項記載の車両ブレーキ装置。 9. スイッチング要素(85)が行程制限要素(82)の2つの脚部(8 9a、89b)の間に突出して、2つの止め(91、91a)の一方の方を向い ていることを特徴とする、請求の範囲1〜8のいずれか1項記載の車両ブレーキ 装置。 10. スイッチング要素(85)が揺動可能なスイッチングレバー(102 )を有し、このスイッチングレバーの自由端(106)が第3止め(91a)に 当接することができることを特徴とする、請求の範囲1〜9のいずれか1項記載 の車両ブレーキ装置。 11. 第3止め(91a)が制動倍力装置のハウジング(42)によって形 成されていることを特徴とする、請求の範囲10記載の車両ブレーキ装置。 12. スイッチングレバー(102)が2つの止め(91、91a)の一方 に当接可能であることを特徴とする、請求の範囲10記載の車両ブレーキ装置。 13. スイッチング要素(85)が操作部材(70、80)の操作運動方向 に沿って脱落不可能に行程制限要素(82)に結合されていることを特徴とする 、請求の範囲1〜12のいずれか1項記載の車両ブレーキ装置。 14. スイッチング要素(85)が少なくとも1つの保持部材(200)に よって脱落不可能に行程制限要素(82)に結合されており、この保持部材(2 00)が支持体(86)又はスイッチング要素(85)を行程制限要素(82) に結合することを特徴とする、請求の範囲1〜12のいずれか1項記載の車両ブ レーキ装置。 15. 保持部材(200)が、支持体(86)又はスイッチング要素(85 )に一体に形成される少なくとも1つの曲げ帯片(88)を有し、この曲げ帯片 が行程制限要素(82)を形状が合うことにより少なくとも部分的に把持するこ とを特徴とする、請求の範囲14記載の車両ブレーキ装置。 16. 保持部材(200)が、支持体(86)又はスイッチング要素(85 )を行程制限要素(82)に押圧する少なくとも1つの締付片(893)を有す ることを特徴とする、請求の範囲14記載の車両ブレーキ装置。 17. 締付片(293)が、支持体(86)又はスイッチング要素(85) を行程制限要素(80)に弾性付勢するばね締付片として構成されていることを 特徴とする、請求の範囲16記載の車両ブレーキ装置。 18. 前記少なくとも1つの保持部材(200)がスイッチング要素(85 )の領域に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求の範囲14〜17のいずれか 1項記載の車両ブレーキ装置。 19. 前記少なくとも1つの保持部材(200)が、操作部材(70、80 )から離れた方の行程制限要素(82)の末端の領域に配置されていることを特 徴とする、請求の範囲13〜16のいずれか1項記載の車両ブレーキ装置。 20. 前記少なくとも1つの保持部材(200)が行程制限要素(89)の 凹部内に係合することを特徴とする、請求の範囲19記載の車両ブレーキ装置。
