Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.最小レベルの表示器を備え、濃縮もしくは希釈された液体酵素を収容する 、温度で制御される1もしくは複数の容器と、 容器から液体酵素を抽出するための装置と、 微調節バルブと、 高精度、高分解能フローメータと、 角度可変のスプレーのための、交換並びに調節可能な射出装置と、 マイクロプロセッサーにより管理された投与をモニターするための電気的装置 とを具備することを特徴とする液体状態で酵素を投与するための装置。 2.前記容器から液体酵素を抽出するための装置は、好ましくは、微調節バル ブの入口で投与回路で一定の流体圧力を維持できるギアポンプであることを特徴 とする請求項1の酵素投与装置。 3.抽出システムのギアポンプは、粘性ならびに化学的研磨性の流体のために 適し、7ないし12バールの範囲の最大動作圧力を有する磁気ドラグ電気ポンプ により構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1もしくは2の酵素投与装置。 4.液体酵素を抽出するための装置は、関連したろ過システムを有することを 特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか1の酵素投与装置。 5.前記ろ過システムは、0.5ないし1.2mmのピッチサイズと16バー ルの動作圧力並びに20℃で高強度とを有する交換可能なメッシュにより構成さ れていることを特徴とする請求項4の酵素投与装置。 6.前記微調節バルブは、アクチュエータ当たり20a回転までの回転制御に より調節可能であり、最大動作圧力が5000psiであり、また、動作温度範 囲は−29℃ないし+121℃である正確にモータで駆動されるバルブにより構 成されていることを特徴とする請求項1の酵素投与装置。 7.前記微調節バルブは、離れて操作され得ることを特徴とする請求項6の酵 素投与装置。 8.前記微調節バルブは、100ないし300cc/分の範囲で変化する液体 酵素投与規格でどうさすることを特徴とする請求項6もしくは7の酵素投与装置 。 9.流量メータは、5kg/cm2の最大動作圧力と−10℃ないし+70℃ の温度範囲で動作する、0.5ないし50リットル/時の測定規格を有する容積 型流量メータ/ゲージであることを特徴とする請求項1の酵素投与装置。 10.前記流量メータは、測定される流体が流されるパイプ中に配設され、こ の流体のスラスト力により連続して回転され、周波数/電流(mA)コンバータ に送られる一連の電気信号を発生する複数対の楕円コグホイールを具備すること を特徴とする請求項9の酵素投与装置。 11.前記流量メータは、流体の粘性や密度、もしくはパイプ中での渦もしく は乱流の影響を受けないで実際の体積の±2%の精度を有することを特徴とする 請求項9もしくは10の酵素投与装置。 12.前記射出装置は、−10℃ないし+140℃の間で変化する動作温度定 格を有する好ましくは常閉タイプ3−ウエイの電気動作のバルブと、 0ないし4バールの定格のエアー圧力レギュレータと、 −30℃ないし±140℃の温度定格と0.3ないし20気圧の動作圧力を有 する好ましくは常閉タイプムの2ウエイ液体酵素射出用オン・オフ電気駆動バル ブと、 0.1ないし0.5リットル/の流量と25°ないし110°のスプレー角度 とを有し、プレナー噴霧をするテーパ付きノズルを備えた交換可能なノズルを有 するガス状流体流体圧噴射器とを具備することを特徴とする請求項1の酵素投与 装置。 13.前記液体酵素は圧力もしくは質量のもとで噴射器に供給されることを特 徴とする請求項12の酵素投与装置。 14.投与の電気的モニターのためのマイクロプロセッサーは、 前記流量メータからの信号を受信するフローインディケータと、 規則の制御のもとでの予めの選定と、 ゼロ並びに1/kg矯正ファクターへのリセット付きゲージ/総量計と、 エラートラッキングと、 微調節バルブの開閉のためのリレーと、 動作の手動モードもしくは動作モードの選定と、 最大並びに最小流量アラームと、 時間、作られたMT、チェックなどのデータ並びに表示のストア並びに処理と 、 容器内の液体酵素の最小レベルと、 装置全体のオン・オフの切替えと、 リットル/kgのコレクターと、 インライン重さ測定によりカバーされるペレット状生成物の読だしと、の機能 を有することを特徴とする請求項1の酵素投与装置。 15.押出しプロセスと、膨張プロセスと、顆粒化プロセスとがなされた後に 、冷却された生成物への酵素の連続的供給のための請求項1ないし14のいずれ か1に記載された酵素投与装置の適用。 16.飼料もしくは動物のための食料の製造での、顆粒化された生成物の製造 への請求項15に関わる酵素投与装置の適用。 17.薬の製造のでの、顆粒化された生成物の製造への請求項15に関わる酵 素投与装置の適用。 18.化学肥料もしくは人造肥料での、顆粒化された生成物の製造への請求項 15に関わる酵素投与装置の適用。 19.年寄りもしくは子供のための食べ物の製造での、顆粒化された生成物の 製造への請求項15に関わる酵素投与装置の適用。
