Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.同時の胸郭圧迫及び腹部解放と同時の胸郭解放及び腹部圧迫を交互に実施 するための手動 CPR装置であって、第1圧力メンバー、第2圧力メンバー及び支 持用ビームを含んで成り、前記2つの圧力メンバーが両者とも前記支持用ビーム メンバーに結合され、そして所望には、一定の距離、すなわち平均的人の胸郭と 腹部との間のほぼ距離により分離されていることを特徴とする装置。 2.前記第1及び第2圧力メンバー間の距離が約200mm(8インチ)である請 求の範囲第1項記載の装置。 3.前記第1及び第2圧力メンバー間の距離が可変的である請求の範囲第1項 記載の装置。 4.前記第1圧力メンバーが、前記胸郭に対して配置される場合、気密性密封 を形成するように適合され、そして前記第2圧力メンバーが、前記腹部に対して 配置される場合、気密性密封を形成するように適合される請求の範囲第1項記載 の装置。 5.前記支持用ビームが、第1端及び第2端、並びに前記第1端に隣接する第 1ハンドル及び前記第2端に隣接する第2ハンドルを有する請求の範囲第4項記 載の装置。 6.前記第1及び第2圧力メンバーが、前記第1及び第2ハンドル間に位置す る請求の範囲第5項記載の装置。 7.前記第1圧力メンバーと前記第1ハンドルとの間の距離が、前記第2圧力 メンバーと前記第2ハンドルとの間の距離よりも大きい請求の範囲第6項記載の 装置。 8.前記支持用ビームが中間点を有し、そして前記圧力メンバーが前記中間点 に対して非対称である請求の範囲第4項記載の装置。 9.前記支持用ビームが中間点を有し、そして前記圧力メンバー が前記中間点に対して対称である請求の範囲第4項記載の装置。 10.前記第1圧力メンバーが吸引カップを含んで成り、そして前記第2圧力メ ンバーが吸引カップを含んで成る請求の範囲第1項記載の装置。 11.前記第1圧力メンバーが前記胸郭に前記第1メンバーを結合するためにそ の片面上に接着剤を有し、そして前記第2圧力メンバーが前記腹部に前記第2メ ンバーを結合するためにその片面上に接着剤を有する請求の範囲第1項記載の装 置。 12.前記第1圧力メンバー及び前記第2圧力メンバーの少なくとも1つに適用 される力をモニターするために力ゲージ手段をさらに含んで成る請求の範囲第1 項記載の装置。 13.前記支持用ビームに結合され、そしてそれらの間に平均的な人が適合する ために十分な距離、前記支持用ビームから離されている背板をさらに含んで成る 請求の範囲第1項記載の装置。 14.前記支持用ビームに連結された延長アームをさらに含んで成る請求の範囲 第13項記載の装置。 15.前記第1圧力メンバー及び前記第2圧力メンバーを分離する距離を変える ための手段をさらに含んで成る請求の範囲第1項記載の装置。 16.前記支持用ビームが、一端にある胸骨レバー及び反対端にある腹部レバー 、並びに前記2つのレバー間の連結ロッドから構成される請求の範囲第1項記載 の装置。 17.前記レバーのいづれも、前記ロッドと同軸ではない請求の範囲第16項記載 の装置。 18.前記第1圧力メンバーが前記連結ロッドへの前記胸骨レバーの取付け部分 に隣接して前記連結ロッドに結合され、そして前記第2圧力メンバーが前記連結 ロッドへの前記腹部レバーの取付け部分 に隣接して前記連結ロッドに結合される請求の範囲第17項記載の装置。 19.前記胸郭に対する前記第1圧力メンバーへの圧迫力の適用、続いて、前記 腹部に対する前記第2圧力メンバーへの圧迫力の適用を交互に実施する請求の範 囲第1項記載の装置を用いて CPRを実施する方法。 20.前記第1ハンドルに対して力を適用し、続いて前記第2ハンドルに対して 力を適用することを交互に実施する請求の範囲第5項記載の装置を用いて CPRを 実施する方法。 21.前記第1圧力メンバーへの前記圧迫力の適用と同時に、前記第2圧力メン バーへの解放力の適用の段階をさらに含んで成る請求の範囲第19項記載の方法。 22.前記第2圧力メンバーへの前記圧迫力の適用と同時に、前記第1圧力メン バーへの解放力の適用の段階をさらに含んで成る請求の範囲第19項記載の方法。 23.前記第2圧力メンバーへの前記圧迫力の適用と同時に、前記第1圧力メン バーへの解放力の適用の段階をさらに含んで成る請求の範囲第21項記載の方法。 24.請求の範囲第1項記載の装置及び除細動を提供する手段を含んで成る、心 拍停止の被害者を蘇生するためのシステム。 25.請求の範囲第1項記載の装置及び前記被害者の換気を強化するための手段 を含んで成る、心拍停止の犠牲者を蘇生するためのシステム。 26.前記被害者の換気を強化するための手段をさらに含んで成る請求の範囲第 24項記載のシステム。
