Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.近位端部および遠位端部を有するシャンク、 前記シャンクの近位端部で前記脂肪組織を超音波振動エネルギへ連結するため の手段、および 前記シャンクの遠位端部における拡大頭部から成ることを特徴とする超音波脂 肪組織切除消息子装置。 2.前記頭部は第1方向において前記シャンクの遠位端部の外径よりも実質的 に大きい幅を有し、前記頭部は前記第1方向に対して実質的に直交する第2方向 において前記シャンクの外径と実質的に同一の厚みを有する請求項1の装置。 3.前記シャンクは長手方向に延在するチャンネルを有し、前記頭部は前記チ ャンネルと連通しかつ前記チャンネルヘ実質的角度で延在する一対の入口孔を有 する請求項2の装置。 4.前記入口孔は実質的に対向側で前記チャンネルへ実質的角度で延在する請 求項3の装置。 5.前記第1方向および前記第2方向は前記チャンネルに対して実質的に直交 している請求項2の装置。 6.前記頭部は前記シャンクの遠位端部を受ける凹部を含む請求項2の装置。 7.前記シャンクは沈腹部で相互に対して結合された複数の個別シャンク片を 含む請求項2の装置。 8.前記頭部は凹部を含み、前記シャンクの遠位端部は前記凹部へ挿入されて いる請求項1の装置。 9.前記シャンクは長手方向に延在するチャンネルを有し、前記頭部は前記チ ャンネルと連通しかつその両側で前記チャンネルへ実質的角度で延在する一対の 入口孔を有する請求項8の装置。 10.前記シャンクの外径の少なくとも1部はそのシャンクの近位端部の振動 の大きさに対して前記頭部の振幅を増幅するために小さくなっている請求項1の 装置。 11.前記シャンクはそのシャンクの遠位端部よりも近位端部でより大きい直 径を有する長手方向に延在するチャンネルを有する請求項1の装置。 12.前記シャンクは沈腹部で相互に結合された複数の個別シャンク片を含む 請求項1の装置。 13.前記シャンクは第1外径の近位部、第2外径の中央部、および第3外径 の遠位部を含み、前記第1外径は前記第2外径よりも大きく、前記第2外径は前 記第3外径よりも大きく、それにより本装置の動力出力は増大する請求項1の装 置。 14.前記頭部は前記シャンクの遠位端部で凹部へ挿入されたプラグ要素を含 む請求項1の装置。 15.次の工程から成ることを特徴とする超音波脂肪組織切除消息子を製造す る方法: 細長いシャンク部を準備し、 前記シャンク部内に長手方向に延在するチャンネルを形成し、 少なくとも1つの入口孔を有するプラグ要素を準備し、かつ 前記プラグ要素を前記シャンクの遠位端部で前記チャンネルへ挿入して前記入 口孔と前記チャンネルとを連通させる。 16.前記挿入工程の終了後に前記プラグ要素を前記シャンク部へ結合する工 程を更に含む、請求項15の方法。 17.前記結合工程が次の工程の少なくとも1工程を含む請求項16の方法: 前記プラグ要素を前記シャンク部へビーム溶接し、 前記プラグ要素を前記シャンク部へ蝋接し、かつ 前記プラグ要素を前記シャンク部へ接着する。 18.前記プラグ要素は外ねじ山を有し、更に前記チャンネルの遠位端部に内 ねじ山を形成する工程を含み、前記挿入工程が前記プラグ要素を前記チャンネル へ螺合する工程を含む請求項15の方法。 19.次の工程から成ることを特徴とする超音波脂肪組織切除消息子を製造す る方法: 細長い第1シャンク部と細長い第2シャンク部を準備し、かつ 前記第2シャンク部を前記第2シャンク部へ接合点で結合して完全な消息子シ ャンクを形成し、前記第1シャンク部および前記第2シャンク部が所定長を有し ていて前記接合点が前記消息子シャンクの沈腹部に位置するようにする。 20.前記結合工程が前記第1シャンク部の1端部を前記第2シャンク部の所 定端部へ結合する工程を含む請求項19の方法。 21.前記結合工程が次の工程のうちの少なくとも1工程を含む請求項20の 方法: 前記第1シャンク部の1端部を前記第2シャンク部の所定端部へビーム溶接し 、 前記第1シャンク部の1端部を前記第2シャンク部の所定端部へ蝋接し、かつ 前記第1シャンク部の1端部を前記第2シャンク部の所定端部へ接着する。 22.更に次の工程を含む、請求項19の方法: 前記第1シャンク部を超音波振動エネルギ源へ接続するための手段を前記第1 シャンク部の1端部に設け、かつ 前記第1シャンク部および前記第2シャンク部内に長手方向に延在するチャン ネルを形成し、 前記結合工程が前記第1シャンク部の他の端部を前記第2シャンク部の第1端 部へ前記接合点で結合して前記第1シャンク部および前記第2シャンク部内のチ ャンネルを完成した超音波消息子シャンクにおいて相互に連通するようにする工 程を含む。 23.前記他の端部および前記第1端部の一方の端部は外ねじ山を有し、かつ 前記他の端部と前記第1端部の他方の端部は内ねじ山を有し、かつ前記第1シャ ンク部と前記第2シャンク部とを相互に螺合する工程を更に含む請求項22の方 法。 24.次の工程を更に含む、請求項19の方法: 患者の皮膚表面に切開部を形成し、 前記第1シャンク部を前記第2シャンク部へ結合した後に前記消息子シャンク の遠位端部を前記切開部から患者の脂肪組織へ挿入し、 前記遠位端部の前記切開部への挿入後に超音波圧力波を前記消息子シャンクの 近位端部で発生させ、 前記超音波を前記消息子シャンクへ伝達して長手方向の定常波を形成し、 前記定常波に対応して前記消息子シャンクの遠位端部にキャビテーションバブ ルを生成し、かつ 前記キャビテーションバブルの発生により前記遠位端部の遠位に位置する処置 部位で患者の脂肪組織を液化する。 25.次の工程から成ることを特徴とする超音波脂肪組織切除方法: 近位端部および遠位端部を有するシャンク、前記シャンクの近位端部で前記シ ャンクを超音波振動エネルギ源へ接続するための手段、および前記シャンクの遠 位端部の拡大頭部から成る超音波脂肪組織切除消息子装置を準備し、 患者の皮膚表面に切開部を形成し、 前記頭部および前記シャンクの遠位端部を前記切開部から患者の皮下脂肪組織 へ挿入し、 前記頭部の前記切開部への挿入後に前記シャンクの近位端部で超音波圧力波を 発生させ、 前記超音波を前記シャンクへ伝達してそこに長手方向の定常波を形成し、 前記定常波に対応して前記頭部でキャビテーションバブルを生成し、 前記キャビテーションバブルの生成により前記頭部の遠位に位置する外科部位 で患者の脂肪組織を液化し、かつ 前記発生、伝達、生成および液化の工程時に、前記消息子装置を患者の外部か ら操作して前記頭部を左右に移動させる。 26.前記シャンクは前記近位端部から前記遠位端部へ長手方向に延在するチ ャンネルを有し、前記操作工程時に前記チャンネルへ吸引力を加える工程を更に 含み、それにより前記外科部位から前記チャンネルへ液化した脂肪組織を吸い出 す請求項25の方法。 27.前記頭部は前記チャンネルへ連通しかつ前記チャンネルへ実質的角度で 延在する一対の入口孔を有し、前記外科部位から前記入口孔を通って前記チャン ネルへ液化脂肪組織を吸い出す工程を更に含む請求項26の方法。
