Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.偏向可能先端部の操縦が可能なカテーテルにおいて、 中を通る長手方向軸、近位端部と遠位端部を有する制御ハンドルと; 制御ハンドル内に軸方向可動に支持され、遠位部分及びそれと分離した近位 部分をもつスライドブロックと; 制御ハンドル遠位端部に取りつけられた近位端部を有し、且つ軸近位端部か ら軸遠位端部まで中を通る少なくとも1本の通路を有するカテーテル軸と; 軸の遠位端部にとりつけられている近位端部を有し且つ遠位端部及び中を通 る長手方向軸も有している、偏向可能な先端部と、及び; 先端部長手方向軸から、半径方向外方向に間隔どりされた点で、偏向可能な 先端部にその遠位端部でとりつけられており、且つ先端部を通ってカテーテル軸 部分通路を通り、制御ハンドル内へその遠位端部を通って、又スライドブロック の遠位部内の開口部を通って近位方向に延び、かつスライドブロックの近位部に 堅固に固定されているプルワイヤと; を含んで成り、制御ハンドル内部のスライドブロックの遠位部分の近位移動が制 御ハンドル内部のプルワイヤ及びスライドブロックの近位部分の対応する近位走 行を生じるが、制御ハンドル内のスライドブロックの遠位部分の遠位移動は制御 ハンドル内のプルワイヤの軸方向運動を全く生じないようになしてある、偏向可 能先端部の操縦が可能なカテーテル。 2.偏向可能先端部の操縦が可能なカテーテルにおいて、 中を通る長手方向軸、近位端部と遠位端部を有する制御ハンドル; 制御ハンドル内に軸方向可動に支持され、遠位部分及びそれと分離した近位 部分をもつスライドブロックと; 制御ハンドル遠位端部に取りつけられた近位端部を有し、且つ軸近位端部か ら軸遠位端部まで中を通る少なくとも1本の通路を有するカテーテル軸と; 軸の遠位端部にとりつけられている近位端部をもちしかも遠位端部及び中を 通る長手方向軸も有している、偏向可能な先端部分;及び 偏向可能な先端部分にその遠位端部近くで軸を外れて取りつけられており、 先端部を通ってカテーテル軸部通路を通り、制御ハンドル内へその遠位端部を通 って、又スライドブロックの遠位部の開口部を通って近位方向に延び、かつスラ イドブロックの近位部に堅固に固定されているプルワイヤと、及び; スライドブロックの遠位部分を包囲し、かつスライドブロックの遠位部上の 外部らせんネジ山と係合状態にある内部らせんネジ山を有するつまみホイールと ; を含んで成り、先端部の偏向は、つまみホイールの軸回転によってのみ生じる制 御ハンドル内のスライドブロックの遠位部分の近位移動によってひき起こされる ようになしてある、偏向可能先端部の操縦が可能なカテーテル。 3.偏向可能先端部の操縦が可能なカテーテルにおいて、 制御ハンドルと; 制御ハンドルにとりつけられた近位端部を有しかつ遠位端部を有するカテー テル軸と; カテーテル軸遠位端部に取りつけられた近位端部を有し、かつ遠位端部も有 する偏向可能な先端部と; 偏向可能な先端部にその遠位端部近くで軸を外れて取りつけられており、先 端部分を通り、カテーテル軸を通り、制御ハンドル内へ近位方向に延びているブ ルワイヤと; 及び プルワイヤの近位端部が制御ハンドル内で近位方向に移動させられると、比 較的小さい曲率半径から比較的大きい曲率半径まで、先端部分の曲率半径を変動 させる手段と; から成る偏向可能先端部の操縦が可能なカテーテル。 4.偏向可能先端部の完全に偏向された曲率半径を変動させる手段をさらに含ん で成る、請求項1に記載の偏向可能先端部の操縦が可能なカテーテル。 5.偏向可能先端部の完全に偏向された曲率半径を変動させる手段をさらに含ん で成る、請求項2に記載の偏向可能先端部の操縦が可能なカテーテル。 6.前記制御ハンドルがアクチュエータを含み、前記先端部の曲率半径を変動さ せる手段が前記制御ハンドルに連結された剛性の調整ワイヤを含み、この調整ワ イヤは前記制御ハンドル内のアクチュエータの動きに応答して滑動可能であり、 この調整ワイヤは前記カテーテル軸を通って前記偏向可能先端部の中で遠位方向 に延びており、前記調整ワイヤは前記偏向可能先端部の中で近位方向及び遠位方 向に移動可能である、請求項3に記載の偏向可能先端部の操縦が可能なカテーテ ル。 7.前記先端部の完全に偏向可能な曲率半径を変動させる手段が、剛性の調整ワ イヤを含み、この調整ワイヤの近位端部は前記制御ハンドルに滑動可能にとりつ けられ、この調整ワイヤは前記カテーテル軸を通って前記偏向可能先端部の中で 遠位方向に延びており、前記調整ワイヤは前記偏向可能先端部の中で近位方向及 び遠位方向に移動可能である、請求項4に記載の偏向可能先端部の操縦が可能な カテーテル。 8.前記先端部の完全に偏向可能な曲率半径を変動させる手段が、剛性の調整ワ イヤを含み、この調整ワイヤの近位端部は前記制御ハンドルに滑動可能にとりつ けられ、この調整ワイヤは前記カテーテル軸を通って前記偏向可能先端部の中で 遠位方向に延びており、前記調整ワイヤは前記偏向可能先端部の中で近位方向及 び遠位方向に移動可能である、請求項5に記載の偏向可能先端部の操縦が可能な カテーテル。 9.前記アクチュエータが、前記偏向可能先端部内で前記調整ワイヤを遠位及び 近位で滑動可能に移動させる前記調整ワイヤの前記近位端部に取りつけられたス ライドアクチュエータを含んでいる、請求項6に記載の偏向可能先端部の操縦が 可能なカテーテル。 10.前記制御ハンドルがスライドアクチュエータを含み、このスライドアクチ ュエータは、前記調整ワイヤを前記偏向可能な先端部内で遠位方向及び近位方向 に滑動可能に移動させる前記調整ワイヤの前記近位端部にとりつけられている、 請求項7に記載の偏向可能先端部の操縦が可能なカテーテル。 11.前記制御ハンドルがスライドアクチュエータを含み、このスライドアクチ ュエータは、前記調整ワイヤを前記偏向可能先端部内で遠位方向及び近位方向に 滑動可能に移動させる前記調整ワイヤの前記近位端部にとりつけられている、請 求項8に記載の偏向可能先端部の操縦が可能なカテーテル。 12.前記先端部の曲率半径を変動させる手段は、偏向されていない位置と完全 に偏向された位置との間の所与の位置で、プルワイヤによる偏向中に、先端部の 曲率半径を変動させる、請求項3に記載の偏向可能先端部の操縦が可能なカテー テル。
