Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1 ウェブ(12a,14a)及びこのウェブ(12a,14a)の第1端部に作 用する流体駆動装置(22)によりドラム(20)の内面に摩擦係合せしめられ 得る摩擦ライニング(16,18)をドラム(20)に対向する面に支持するリ ム部分(12b,14b)を各々包含する2つのシュー(12,14)が摺動可 能に装架されている支持板(10)と、流体駆動装置(22)の近傍に配置され 、引張スプリング(30)と相互作用してシュー(12,14)の離隔を決定す る可変長ストラット(40)とを包含しているドラムブレーキであって、シュー (12,14)のウェブ(12a,14a)の第2端部が休止時又は流体的駆動 時に支持板(10)と一体の支点部片(28)に当接し、ドラムブレーキがさら に、摩擦ライニング(16,18)をドラム(20)の内面に摩擦係合せしめると ともに、第1シュー(14)のウェブ(14a)に装架され機械的駆動時に一方 では可変長ストラット(40)を介しまた他方ではシュー(12,14)を互いに 連結する装置(32)を介して第2シュー(12)のウェブ(12a)に当接す る力伝達装置(70)によってシュー(12,14)のウェブ(12a,14a )を支点部片(28)から離隔せしめる機械的駆動装置(60,70)を包含し ているドラムブレーキにおいて、ブレース(100)が第1シュー(14)のウ ェ ブ(14a)に配置され、第1シュー(14)のウェブ(14a)の第1端部と 力伝達装置(70)の一端部(79)との間に引込み可能に介装された作用部分 (114)を含んでいることを特徴とするドラムブレーキ。 2 請求項1記載のドラムブレーキにおいて、ブレース(100)が第1シュー (14)のウェブ(14a)に枢動(106,112)できるように装架されて いることを特徴とするドラムブレーキ。 3 請求項2記載のドラムブレーキにおいて、ブレース(100)が、実質的に 可変長ストラット(40)の作用方向に位置された区域で力伝達装置(70)の 一端部(79)と第1シュー(14)のウェブ(14a)の第1端部との間にブレ ース(100)の作用部分(114)が介在される第1位置と、引張スプリング (30)の作用のもとで力伝達装置(70)の端部(79)に第1シュー(14 )のウェブ(14a)の第1端部が当接する第2位置との間で移動できることを 特徴とするドラムブレーキ。 4 請求項3記載のドラムブレーキにおいて、ブレース(100)が、第1シュ ー(14)のウェブ(14a)の第1端部とブレース(100)のフック部分(122 )との間に配置された戻しスプリング(124)によってその第1位置へ押圧さ れていることを特徴とするドラムブレーキ。 5 請求項4記載のドラムブレーキにおいて、ブレース(100)が、第1シュ ー(14)のウェブ(14a)の第1面に当接する当接面(108a,110a) を備えた略円弧形状の部分(102)を含み、この円弧形状の部分が、第1シュ ー(14)のウェブ(14a)の第1端部に形成した開口(112)と相互作用 しブレース(100)のための枢軸を形成するフィンガ(106)を形成されて いるアーム(104)と一体をなしていることを特徴とするドラムブレーキ。 6 請求項5記載のドラムブレーキにおいて、ブレース(100)の円弧形状の 部分(102)が、第1位置において可変長ストラット(40)の端部(40b )と相互作用する第1制限停止部(116)を含んでいることを特徴とするドラ ムブレーキ。 7 請求項5記載のドラムブレーキにおいて、ブレース(100)の円弧形状の 部分(102)が、第2位置において第1シュー(14)のウェブ(14a)と 相互作用する第2制限停止部(118)を含んでいることを特徴とするドラムブ レーキ。 8 請求項6及び7記載のドラムブレーキにおいて、第1制限停止部(116) と第2制限停止部(118)が、円弧形状の部分(102)の延長部を形成する ブレース(100)の作用部分(114)の両側に形成されていることを特徴と するドラムブレーキ。 9 請求項5ないし8のいずれか1項に記載のドラム ブレーキにおいて、円弧形状の部分(102)の当接面(108a,110a) とブレース(100)の枢軸(106)を支持するアーム(104)とが、ブレ ース(100)を第1シュー(14)に捕捉させるように第1シュー(14)の ウェブ(14a)の両側に位置されていることを特徴とするドラムブレーキ。 10 請求項1ないし9のいずれか1項に記載のドラムブレーキにおいて、支持板 (10)が第1シュー(14)の第1端部の近傍に、ブレース(100)をその第 1位置からその第2位置へ動かすための工具を通す開口(90)を含んでいるこ とを特徴とするドラムブレーキ。
