Description
Claims (16)
- 【請求項1】 血漿、血漿成分、又はそれらから得られる血漿生成物(処理用物質)の乾燥方 法において、 該生成物は、エバキュアブル容器(″an evacuable container″)中に液体状 態又は融解状態で噴霧され、流動層内の流動ガスによって、粒子状に乾燥される ことを特徴とする血漿の乾燥方法。
- 【請求項2】 乾燥プロセスの際に、該生成物の温度を測定し、該生成物温度に応じて、前記 流動ガスの加熱調節を行ない、該生成物の各々に対して、最適な乾燥を行なうこ とを特徴とする請求項1に記載の血漿の乾燥方法。
- 【請求項3】 被処理物質に応じて、前記流動ガスの温度を15〜75℃の範囲に保持するこ とを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の血漿の乾燥方法。
- 【請求項4】 前記流動ガスを、前記エバキュアブル容器に通して循環させ、脱湿用凝縮器と 加熱用熱交換器によって、循環路において再調整を行なうことを特徴とする請求 項1〜3の少なくとも一つに記載の血漿の乾燥方法。
- 【請求項5】 窒素等の空気や不活性ガスを、流動ガスとして用いることを特徴とする請求項 1〜3の少なくとも一つに記載の血漿の乾燥方法。
- 【請求項6】 前記乾燥プロセスの際に、前記流動層内に、エネルギ−を更に入力させること を特徴とする請求項1〜5の少なくとも一つに記載の血漿の乾燥方法。
- 【請求項7】 マイクロ波系を前記流動層内に結合させることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の 血漿の乾燥方法。
- 【請求項8】 ウイルスを不活性化させるために、前記乾燥が完了した時点から、その流動状 態の下で、追加の熱処理を行なうことを特徴とする請求項1〜7の少なくとも一 つに記載の血漿の乾燥方法。
- 【請求項9】 マイクロ波系によって、前記熱処理を行なうことを特徴とする請求項8に記載 の血漿の乾燥方法。
- 【請求項10】 紫外線光源によって、該ウイルスの不活性化を行なうことを特徴とする請求項 1〜9の少なくとも一つに記載の血漿の乾燥方法。
- 【請求項11】 該液体生成物を前記エバキュアブル容器内に噴霧する前に、該液体生成物に、 溶剤/洗浄剤方法に適用される溶剤を添加することを特徴とする請求項1〜10 の少なくとも一つに記載の血漿の乾燥方法。
- 【請求項12】 前記エバキュアブル容器(2)は、該液体生成物を噴霧する供給口(14)を 備え、また前記エバキュアブル容器(2)は、前記流動ガスを流入させる流入口 (9)を備え、且つ、この流入した流動ガスを流出させる流出口(11)を備え ることを特徴とする請求項1〜11の少なくとも一つに記載の血漿の乾燥方法を 行なう装置。
- 【請求項13】 前記エバキュアブル容器(2)に前記流入口(9)と前記流出口(11)を連 結させる環状回路(10)を備え、該環状回路(10)に、少なくとも一つの凝 縮器(4)、熱交換器(5)、真空ポンプ(6)を配設することを特徴とする請 求項12に記載の血漿の乾燥方法。
- 【請求項14】 マイクロ波放射線が流動床に結合するように、マイクロ波装置(7)を前記エ バキュアブル容器(2)に配設することを特徴とする請求項12又は請求項13 に記載の血漿の乾燥方法を行なう装置。
- 【請求項15】 前記エバキュアブル容器(2)は紫外線透過可能窓(8)を有し、外部からの 紫外線光源によって、紫外線が、該紫外線透過可能窓(8)を通過し、流動床に 結合することを特徴とする請求項12〜14の少なくとも一つに記載の血漿の乾 燥方法。
- 【請求項16】 前記流動ガスを導入させる前記流入口(9)は、ちょうつがい支持流動方向変 更基板であることを特徴とする請求項12〜16の少なくとも一つに記載の血漿 の乾燥方法。
