- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.非環式、脂肪族の非共役2−アルキル−3−モノアルケンニトリルの気相 異性化方法であって、出発ニトリルを、135℃〜170℃の範囲内の温度で、 ゼロ価のニッケルと式I及び式II 式中、各々のR1は独立して3〜12個の炭素原子を有する第二級又は第三 級のヒドロカルビルであり; 各々のR2は独立してH、C1〜C12アルキル、又はOR3であり、ここでR3 はC1〜C12アルキルであり;及び 式中、各々のR4は独立して最高12個の炭素原子を有する第三級炭化水素 、又はOR5であり、ここでR5はC1〜C12アルキルであり;そして 各々のR6は独立して最高12個の炭素原子を有する第三級炭化水 素である、 よりなる群から選ばれる少なくとも一つのフォスファイト二座配位子とを含む担 持触媒組成物と接触させて、非共役、線状、非環式の3−及び/又は4−モノア ルケンニトリルを製造する方法。 2.反応温度が140〜160℃である請求の範囲第1項記載の方法。 3.反応温度が145〜150℃である請求の範囲第2項記載の方法。 4.出発物質の2−アルキル−3−モノアルケンニトリルが次式 式中、R7はH又はC1〜C3アルキルである、 で表される化合物である請求の範囲第1項記載の方法。 5.出発ニトリルが2−メチル−3−ブテンニトリルである請求の範囲第1項 記載の方法。 6.出発物質の2−アルキル−3−モノアルケンニトリルが触媒に悪影響を及 ぼさない少なくとも1つの他の基で更に置換された請求の範囲第1項記載の方法 。 7.異性化が101.3 kPa〜1013 kPaの圧力下で行われる請求 の範囲第1項記載の方法。 8.触媒に対する出発物質の2−アルキル−3−アルケンニトリルのモル比が 5:1/時間〜100:1/時間の間にあるような供給速度で、異性化が連続的 に行われる請求の範囲第1項記載の方法。 9.触媒がシリカ、アルミナ、炭素からなる群から選ばれる担体に担持されて いる請求の範囲第1項記載の方法。 10.出発物質の2−アルキル−3−アルケンニトリルが異性化反応に、純粋 な蒸気として導入される請求の範囲第1項記載の方法。 11.出発物質の2−アルキル−3−アルケンニトリルが異性化反応に、揮発 性溶媒中の蒸発溶液として導入される請求の範囲第1項記載の方法。 12.溶媒が、異性化反応温度で気体状である飽和の芳香族炭化水素、又は脂 肪族ニトリルからなる群から選ばれる請求の範囲第11項記載の方法。
