Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 100°Fを越える最大動作温度において、自身を支えることができる物 質で形成された比較的堅固な土台と、 前記土台の表面上に置かれ、接地点から電気的に絶縁され、電源に接続するこ とにより、電気的抵抗発熱体を供給する導電性薄膜とを含み、 前記土台および薄膜は、前記発熱体が前記最大動作温度において1平方インチ 当たり約15ワットより低い出力密度で動作するのに十分に大きな表面領域を有 する ことを特徴とする抵抗発熱体。 2. 前記土台は、金属板と、該金属板の少なくとも片面に固定された電気的絶 縁セラミックベース層とで供給され、 前記薄膜は、前記金属板から電気的に絶縁された点において、前記セラミック ベース層の上に置かれている ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の発熱体。 3. 前記薄膜は、酸化金属膜で供給されることを特徴とする請求項2記載の発 熱体。 4. 前記酸化金属膜は、酸化錫膜で供給されることを特徴とする請求項3記載 の発熱体。 5. 前記土台は、その反対側に接着された前記セラミックベース層を有し、 前記薄膜は、前記土台の片側のみに置かれている ことを特徴とする請求項2記載の発熱体。 6. 前記セラミックベース層は、少なくとも、前記金属板の両側に接着された エナメル層および磁器層のうちの1つで供給されることを特徴とする請求項2記 載の発熱体。 7. 請求項1記載の発熱体と、 間に電流が流れるための間隔をあけて、前記薄膜に電気的に結合された一対の 電気端子。 8. 前記土台は、そこに十分な表面の不連続を有する物質の板であり、 前記薄膜は、前記端子の間に連続経路を有する膜として供給される ことを特徴とする請求項7記載の発熱体。 9. 前記土台は、そこによろい板窓を有して形成され、 前記薄膜は、前記よろい板窓上に延びる酸化金属膜である ことを特徴とする請求項8記載の発熱体。 10. 請求項1記載の発熱体と、 熱せられるべき物の反対側に前記薄膜を有する前記土台を設置する設置組立部 。 11. 前記セラミックベース層は、磁器物質,エナメル物質および高温セラミ ック含有非導電性ペンキのうちの1つで供給されることを特徴とする請求項2記 載の発熱体。 12. 前記電気端子は、前記薄膜の十分な領域上に、十分かつ一様に電流を伝 達するよう形成された一対のバス棒で供給されることを特徴とする請求項7記載 の発熱体。 13. 前記土台は、オーブンの筐体の壁として使用するのに十分大きな領域を 有し、 前記薄膜は、前記土台の前記領域の全てを覆う ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の発熱体。 14. 前記土台は、雲母板で供給されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の発熱 体。 15. 前記膜は、酸化錫膜であることを特徴とする請求項14記載の発熱体。 16. 間に中央食料受取調理空間を定義する壁を有し、該調理空間への接近を 提供する可動オーブン扉を有し、少なくとも前記壁のうちの1つは大きな領域の 高温抵抗土台を含むオーブン筐体と、 前記調理空間から離れた表面上において、前記土台の十分な領域全体に置かれ 、前記膜は前記筐体の残部から電気的に絶縁しており、前記土台上に抵抗発熱膜 を供給する導電性薄膜と、 前記膜と電気的に結合され、前記膜によって生成された抵抗発熱の総量を変化 させ得るために、前記膜を通る電流の制御のために形成された電気制御回路と からなることを特徴とする調理用オーブン。 17. 前記膜は、酸化金属膜であることを特徴とする請求項16記載のオーブ ン。 18. 前記酸化金属膜は、酸化錫膜であることを特徴とする請求項17記載の オーブン。 19. 前記電気制御回路は、機械的結合組立により、前記膜と機械的に結合し ていることを特徴とする請求項18記載のオーブン。 20. 前記機械的結合組立は、前記薄膜に対する前記結合組立の電気的絶縁の 為に形成されることを特徴とする請求項19記載のオーブン。 21. 前記結合組立は、電気的絶縁ワッシャーと、前記土台を通って延びて設 置された電気的絶縁袖と、前記ワッシャーおよび袖を通って延びるボルトとで供 給され、ナットで締められることを特徴とする請求項20記載のオーブン。 22. 金属土台の少なくとも片側を、セラミックベース層で覆う工程と、 効果的な接着のために、十分な熱をそこに加えることにより、前記金属土台に 前記セラミックベース層を接着する工程と、 前記接着工程により前記金属土台と前記セラミックベース層とが熱い間に、該 セラミックベース層上に酸化金属膜を置く工程と からなることを特徴とする酸化金属で覆われた土台の形成方法。 23. 前記覆う工程は、金属板を、磁器層およびエナメル層のうちの1つで覆 うことにより達成されることを特徴とする請求項22記載の方法。 24. 前記覆う工程は、前記金属板の両面を、磁器層で覆うことにより達成さ れ、 前記置く工程は、前記金属板の片側上に、前記酸化金属膜を置くことにより達 成される ことを特徴とする請求項23記載の方法。 25. 前記覆う工程は、前記金属板の両面を、エナメル層で覆うことにより達 成され、 前記置く工程は、前記金属板の片側上に、前記酸化金属膜を置くことにより達 成される ことを特徴とする請求項23記載の方法。 26. 前記置く工程は、前記セラミック層上に材料を形成する酸化錫膜を吹き 付けることにより達成されることを特徴とする請求項22記載の方法。 27. 前記覆う工程,前記接着する帯,および,前記置く工程は、前記金属土 台をコンベアに載せ、該コンベアを用いて、該金属土台を、覆う場所,接着する 場所,および,置く場所を通過して連続的に前進させることにより達成されるこ とを特徴とする請求項22記載の方法。
