Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.ガラス繊維結合剤であって、 (1) 重合性カルボン酸又は無水物、又はその混合物と、ヒドロキシC2〜C8ア ルキルアクリレート又はメタクリレート、又はその混合物との反応生成物から成 るコポリマー、及び (2) リン含有酸のアルカリ金属塩との水溶液から成ることを特徴とする結合剤 。 2.コポリマーの酸成分が、アクリル酸である、請求項1記載のガラス繊維結合 剤。 3.コポリマーのヒドロキシ成分が、ヒドロキシエチル、ヒドロキシプロピル、 ヒドロキシブチルアクリレート又はメタクリレートである、請求項1記載のガラ ス繊維結合剤。 4.非酸又は、ヒドロキシ含有モノマーが、酸及びヒドロキシ官能モノマーと共 重合される、請求項1記載のガラス繊維結合剤。 5.アルカリ金属塩が、次亜リン酸ナトリウム、亜リン酸ナトリウム又はその混 合物である、請求項1記載のガラス繊維結合剤。 6.コポリマーが、無水結合剤の20重量%〜100重量%から成る、請求項1 記載のガラス繊維結合剤。 7.コポリマーが、無水結合剤の75重量%〜95重量%から成る、請求項1記 載のガラス繊維結合剤。 8.コポリマーが、約10〜90モル%の重合性酸含有モノマー及び約90〜1 0モル%の重合性ヒドロキシ含有モノマーから成る、請求項1記載のガラス繊維 結合剤。 9.コポリマーが、約50〜70モル%の重合性酸含有モノマー及び約50〜3 0モル%の重合性ヒドロキシ含有モノマーから成る、請求項1記載のガラス繊維 結合剤。 10.アルカリ金属塩が、無水結合剤の全量の約2重量%〜約15重量%の濃度で 存在する、請求項1記載のガラス繊維結合剤。 11.アルカリ金属塩が、無水結合剤の全量の約4重量%〜約8重量%の濃度で存 在する、請求項1記載のガラス繊維結合剤。 12.水を、水性結合剤の約95重量%まで含む、請求項1記載のガラス繊維結合 剤。 13.ガラス繊維結合剤であって、 (1) アクリル酸とヒドロキシメチルアクリレート又はメタクリレートとのコポ リマー、及び (2) 次亜リン酸ナトリウム、亜リン酸ナトリウム又はその混合物の水溶液から 成ることを特徴とする結合剤。 14.ガラス繊維バットであって、 (1) ガラス繊維、及び (2) そのガラス繊維に接着した、請求項1記載のガラス繊維結合剤の硬化反応 生成物から成るバット。 15.ガラス繊維バットであって、ガラス繊維、及びそのガラス繊維に接着した、 請求項13記載のガラス繊維結合剤の硬化反応生成物から成るバット。 16.重合性カルボン酸又は無水物、又はその混合物と、ヒドロキシC2〜C8アル キルアクリレート又はメタクリレート又はその混合物との反応生成物から成るこ とを特徴とするコポリマー。 17.コポリマーの酸成分が、アクリル酸である、請求項16記載のコポリマー。 18.コポリマーのヒドロキシ成分が、ヒドロキシエチル、ヒドロキシプロピル、 又はヒドロキシブチルアクリレート又はメタクリレートである、請求項16記載 のコポリマー。
