Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. ポリアニリン塩を製造する方法であって、水と、水可溶化有機溶媒と、前 記有機溶媒に溶解する有機酸と、アニリンと、ラジカル重合開始剤とを配合する ことを含み、有機酸のポリアニリン塩を含有する有機相を生成させ、この有機相 が水性相から分離可能であることを特徴とする方法。 2. 水可溶化有機溶媒が水を6 w/w %以上の濃度で溶解させ得、この水 可溶化有機溶媒はポリアニリン塩も溶解させ得ることを特徴とする請求項1に記 載の方法。 3. 水可溶化有機溶媒の誘電率が約17未満であることを特徴とする請求項2 に記載の方法。 4. 水可溶化有機溶媒を2−ブトキシエタノール、プロピレングリコールブチ ルエーテル、1−ブタノール、1−ヘキサノール、ジエチルエーテル、及びこれ らの混合物の中から選択することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。 5. 有機酸がスルホン酸、リン含有酸、カルボン酸、またはこれらの混合物で あることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の方法。 6. 有機酸が有機スルホン酸であることを特徴とする請 求項5に記載の方法。 7. 有機スルホン酸がジノニルナフタレンスルホン酸であることを特徴とする 請求項6に記載の方法。 8. 有機酸が加水分解したH+形態のペルフルオロ3,6−ジオキサ−4−メ チル−7−オクテンスルホニルフルオリドとテトラフルオロエチレンとのコポリ マーであることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の方法。 9. アニリンが式 〔式中 R1及びR2は独立に水素またはアルキルであり、 R3〜R7は独立に水素、アルキル、アリールアルキル、アルカリール、ヒドロキ シ、アルキルオキシ、ハロゲンまたはニトロである〕を有することを特徴とする 請求項4に記載の方法。 10. ラジカル重合開始剤が過硫酸アンモニウムであることを特徴とする請求 項9に記載の方法。 11. キシレンに対して約25重量%以上の溶解度を有するポリアニリンの導 電性有機酸塩を含有することを特徴とする組成物。 12. 有機酸がスルホン酸、リン含有酸、カルボン酸、またはこれらの混合物 であることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の組成物。 13. 有機酸が有機スルホン酸であることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の組 成物。 14. 有機スルホン酸がジノニルナフタレンスルホン酸であることを特徴とす る請求項13に記載の組成物。 15. 有機酸が加水分解したH+形態のペルフルオロ3,6−ジオキサ−4− メチル−7−オクテンスルホニルフルオリドとテトラフルオロエチレンとのコポ リマーであることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の組成物。 16. ポリアニリン塩の分子量が約4000より大きいことを特徴とする請求 項14に記載の組成物。 17. 0.2μm以上の粒径を有する粒子を5%以下の量でしか含有しないこ とを特徴とする請求項16に記載の組成物。 18. ポリアニリン塩が式 〔式中 R1は水素またはアルキルであり、 R2〜R5は独立に水素、アルキル、アリールアルキル、アルカリール、ヒドロキ シ、アルキルオキシ、ハロゲンまたはニトロである〕を有するモノマー単位を含 むことを特徴とする請求項17に記載の組成物。 19. 請求項18のポリアニリン塩を非水性有機キャリヤ溶媒に溶解させた溶 液を含有することを特徴とする組成物。 20. 非水性有機キャリヤ溶媒の誘電率が約17未満であることを特徴とする 請求項19に記載の組成物。 21. 6 w/w %以上の水を溶解させ得る水可溶化有機溶媒をも含有する ことを特徴とする請求項20に記載の組成物。 22. 有機キャリヤ溶媒が約35〜約60 w/w %の濃度で存在し、水可 溶化有機溶媒は約0〜約25 w/ w %の濃度で存在し、ポリアニリン塩は約25〜約45 w/w %の濃度で 存在することを特徴とする請求項21に記載の組成物。 23. 水と、6 w/w %以上の水を溶解させ得る水可溶化有機溶媒と、ポ リアニリンの有機酸塩とを含有する乳濁液から成ることを特徴とする請求項11 に記載の組成物。
