Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 長いPVABが一つおきの心房鼓動の検知で阻止している(「阻止2: 1検知」と呼ばれる)かどうかを決定するための手段を有している心臓ペーシン グのためのペースメーカであって、前記の決定するための手段が、 検知された心房脱分極信号に基づいてA−A期間に対する値を決定するための 手段、 (a)前記のA−A期間がAVプラスPVABの和の2倍以下であるかどうか を決定することによって阻止2:1検知が可能性のあることであるかどうかを決 定するための、並びに(b)前記のA−A期間の2倍が頻搏期間より小さいかど うかを決定するための、並びに(a)及び(b)が真であるならば、ペースメー カパラメータを調整するための手段に信号を発生して、実際に頻搏が前記の可能 な阻止2:1検知中に発生しているかどうかを決定するために探索サイクルが開 始されるようにするための計算手段、 を有しているペースメーカ。 2. 前記の計算手段が更に、 (a)及び(b)が真であるかどうかを決定することが、探索の前に前記の可 能性の信頼性を確立するために所定の期間にわたって考慮されていること によって特徴づけられている、請求項1に記載のペースメーカ。 3. 前記の可能な2:1検知中に実際に頻搏が発生しているかどうかを決定 するためにPVARPを長くすることにより探索サイクルを完成するようにペー スメーカパラメータを調整するための調整手段、 を含んでいるIPGにおける阻止2:1検知する探索するための手段を有してい ることによって特徴づけられている請求項1に記載のペースメーカ。 4. 前記の調整手段が更に、長くされたPVARPに続いて起こるAV期間 を短くすることによりペースメーカパラメータを調整することによって更に特徴 づけられている請求項3又は7に記載のペースメーカ。 5. 2:1検知が見いだされたならば頻搏心房センスが予想される直後に心 房ペースを発生させるようにするための手段、 を有していることによって更に特徴づけられている、請求項2、3又は7に記載 のペースメーカ。 6. 予想サイクル長の1/2に近い時点でARが発生したかどうかを決定す るための手段、 を有していることによって更に特徴づけられている、請求項3乃至5、7のいず れかに記載のペースメーカ。 7. 阻止2:1検知を検査するためにPVABを短くすること、を含んでい る阻止2:1検知を探索するためのペースメーカ。 8. 阻止2:1検知が発生したことの表示を記憶するための手段を更に含ん でいる、請求項3又は7に記載のペースメーカ。 9. 阻止2:1検知が見いだされない回数に対応した方法で探索の頻度を低 減するための手段を更に含んでいる、請求項1乃至8のいずれかに記載のペース メーカ。 10. 実質上ここに示され且つ記述されたペースメーカ。
