Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.炭素含有血管移植片の製造方法であって、 (a)固体内側シリンダー部分と、前記固体内側シリンダー部分を囲む固体外 側シリンダー部分とを有するプレフォームビレットを成形する工程と; (b)前記プレフォームビレットをダイに通して押出して、管状押出し体を形 成する工程と; (c)前記管状押出し体を延伸する工程と; (d)延伸済み管状押出し体を焼結する工程と を含む方法。 2.プレフォームビレットを成形する工程が、 (a)中空シリンダー状仕切りによって内側中空シリンダー区分と外側中空シ リンダー区分とに分割されるプレフォームバレルを用意する工程と; (b)ポリマー樹脂と、炭素成分と、潤滑剤とを配合して、ポリマー炭素混合 物を形成する工程と; (c)ある量の前記ポリマー炭素混合物を前記プレフォームバレルの内側シリ ンダー区分に、それが前記内側シリンダー区分を満たすように注入する工程と; (d)ある量の前記ポリマー炭素混合物を前記プレフォームバレルの外側シリ ンダー区分に、それが前記外側シリンダー区分を満たすように注入する工程と; (e)前記プレフォームバレルを加圧して、ポリマー炭素混合物を圧縮する工 程と; (f)前記プレフォームバレルを取り出す工程と を含む、請求項1記載の方法。 3.前記炭素成分が前記ポリマー樹脂の約3〜20重量%である、請求項2 記載の方法。 4.前記炭素成分が活性木炭粉末である請求項2記載の方法。 5.延伸済み管状押出し体を焼結した後に炭素含有血管移植片内に徐放性生 物活性物質を混入する工程をさらに含む、請求項2記載の方法。 6.前記生物活性物質が凝固防止剤、抗菌剤、抗炎症剤、成長因子、平滑筋 抑制剤、抗血栓剤、抗血小板剤及び非ステロイド系抗炎症剤の少なくとも1種を 含む、請求項5記載の方法。 7.炭素含有血管移植片が炭素ラインド移植片であり、プレフォームビレッ トの成形工程が、 (a)中空シリンダー状仕切りによって内側中空シリンダー区分と外側中空シ リンダー区分とに分割されるプレフォームバレルを用意する工程と; (b)ポリマー樹脂と潤滑剤とを配合して、ポリマーコンパウンドを形成する 工程と; (c)プレフォームバレルの内側中空シリンダー区分と外側中空シリンダー区 分の少なくとも一方に前記ポリマーコンパウンドを注入する工程と; (d)ポリマー樹脂と、炭素成分と、潤滑剤とを配合して、ポリマー炭素混合 物を形成する工程と; (e)前記ポリマー炭素混合物をプレフォームバレルの内側シリンダー区分と 外側シリンダー区分の少なくとも1つの空の状態である区分に、それが前記ポリ マーコンパウンドと一緒にならないように、注入する工程と; (f)前記プレフォームバレルを加圧して、ポリマーコンパウンドとポリマー 炭素混合物とを圧縮する工程と; (g)前記プレフォームバレルを取り出す工程と を含む、請求項1記載の方法。 8.前記炭素成分が前記ポリマー樹脂の約3〜20重量%である請求項7記 載の方法。 9.前記炭素成分が活性木炭粉末である請求項7記載の方法。 10.延伸済み管状押出し体を焼結した後に炭素含有血管移植片内に徐放性 生物活性物質を混入する工程をさらに含む、請求項7記載の方法。 11.前記生物活性物質が凝固防止剤、抗菌剤、抗炎症剤、成長因子、平滑 筋抑制剤、抗血栓剤、抗血小板剤及び非ステロイド系抗炎症剤の少なくとも1種 を含む、請求項10記載の方法。 12.一体化された炭素及びポリマー壁構造を形成する炭素成分とポリマー 成分とを含む血管移植片であって、生物活性物質をさらに含む血管移植片。 13.前記生物活性成分が血管移植片から徐放されることができる、請求項 12記載の血管移植片。 14.前記生物活性物質が凝固防止剤、抗菌剤、抗炎症剤、成長因子、平滑 筋抑制剤、抗血栓剤、抗血小板剤及び非ステロイド系抗炎症剤の少なくとも1種 を含む、請求項12記載の血管移植片。 15.管状要素の内面を形成し、それを通る流路を画定する第1層であって 、ポリマーコンパウンドとポリマー炭素コンパウンドの少なくとも一方を含む第 1層と;(原文欠落) を含む炭素含有血管移植片。 16.(原文欠落) 17.前記炭素成分が前記ポリマー樹脂の約3〜20重量%である請求項1 6記載の炭素ラインド血管移植片。 18.前記炭素成分が活性木炭粉末である請求項16記載の炭素ラインド血 管移植片。 19.前記第1層と第2層の少なくとも一方が生物活性物質をさらに含む、 請求項15記載の炭素含有血管移植片。 20.前記生物活性物質が血管移植片から徐放されることができる、請求項 19記載の炭素含有血管移植片。 21.前記生物活性物質が凝固防止剤、抗菌剤、抗炎症剤、成長因子、平滑 筋抑制剤、抗血栓剤、抗血小板剤及び非ステロイド系抗炎症剤の少なくとも1種 を含む、請求項19記載の炭素含有血管移植片。 22.生物活性物質を炭素ラインド血管移植片中に混入する工程をさらに含 む請求項16記載の炭素ラインド血管移植片。 23.前記生物活性物質が血管移植片から徐放されることができる、請求項 22記載の炭素ラインド血管移植片。 24.前記生物活性物質が凝固防止済、抗菌剤、抗炎症剤、成長因子、平滑 を含む、請求項22記載の炭素ラインド血管移植片。 25.炭素含有血管移植片の製造方法であって、 (a)( )少なくとも2個のシリンダー区分に分割されるプレフォームバレ ルを用意する工程と; ( )前記少なくとも2個のシリンダー区分の少なくとも一方にポリマ ー炭素混合物を注入する工程と; ( )ポリマーコンパウンドと前記ポリマー炭素混合物の少なくとも一 方を前記少なくとも2個のシリンダー区分のいずれか充填されない状態のシリン ダー区分中にポリマーコンパウンドと前記ポリマー炭素混合物の少なくとも一方 を注入する工程と; ( )ポリマー炭素混合物とポリマーコンパウンドとを圧縮して、プレ フォームビレットを形成する工程と を含む、プレフォームビレットの成形工程と; (b)前記プレフォームビレットをダイに通して押出して、管状押出し体を形 成する工程と; (c)前記管状押出し体を延伸する工程と; (d)延伸済み管状押出し体を焼結する工程と を含む方法。 26.請求項25の方法によって製造される炭素含有血管移植片。
