Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 流体の処理方法であって、媒体の中でオゾンを発生させ、該オゾンが発 生されると同時に該オゾンを紫外線に暴露し、これにより、前記オゾンを分解す ると共に、汚染物質を破壊する遊離基を得ることを特徴とする流体処理方法。 2. 請求項1の流体処理方法において、前記流体は、水及び空気を含むこと を特徴とする流体処理方法。 3. 請求項1又は2の流体処理方法において、前記オゾン及び汚染物を分解 するために放出される前記紫外線は、245nm−400nmの波長を有してい ることを特徴とする流体処理方法。 4. 請求項3の流体処理方法において、前記オゾンを分解するために放出さ れる前記紫外線は、254nmの波長を有していることを特徴とする流体処理方 法。 5. 請求項1乃至4のいずれかの流体処理方法において、前記遊離基の量を 増大させるために、前記媒体を照射する間に酸化物を加えることを特徴とする流 体処理方法。 6. 請求項1乃至5のいずれかの流体処理方法を用いて、固体の対象物の洗 浄、消毒及び殺菌を行うことを特徴とする方法。 7. 少なくとも1つの入口(2)、及び、少なくとも1つの出口(3)が設 けられているエンクロージャ(1)を備える流体処理装置であって、酸化部材( 4)が前記エンクロージャ(1)の中に設けられており、前記酸化部材は、オゾ ンを発生させると同時に、該オゾンを遊離基に分解することを特徴とする流体処 理装置。 8. 請求項7の流体処理装置において、前記媒体は、空気及び水を含むこと を特徴とする流体処理装置。 9. 請求項7又は8の流体処理装置において、前記酸化部材(4)は、少な くとも1つの紫外線ランプであり、該紫外線ランプは、180−400nmの範 囲内のスペクトル分布を有する放射線を放出することを特徴とする流体処理装置 。 10. 請求項9の流体処理装置において、前記紫外線ランプは、183.7n m及び254nmの波長の放射線を放出することを特徴とする流体処理装置。 11. 請求項7乃至10のいずれかの流体処理装置において、当該流体処理装 置には、流動部材(7)が設けられており、該流動部材は、処理すべき媒体を前 記エンクロージャ(1)を通して移動させることを特徴とする流体処理装置。 12. 請求項7乃至11のいずれかの流体処理装置において、更に、前記酸化 部材(4)の上流側に設けられるオゾン発生器(9)を備えることを特徴とする 流体処理装置。 13. 請求項7乃至12のいずれかの流体処理装置において、何等かの形態の 少なくとも1つの触媒(8)を備えることを特徴とする流体処理装置。 14. 請求項13の流体処理装置において、前記触媒は、貴金属、二酸化チタ ン、酸化アルミニウム、又は、酸化ケイ素、及び、これらの混合物であることを 特徴とする流体処理装置。 15. 請求項13又は14の流体処理装置において、前記触媒(8)は、前記 酸化部材(4)の付近の領域(5)に設けられていることを特徴とする流体処理 装置。 16. 請求項7乃至15のいずれかの流体処理装置において、フィルタ(10 )が、前記酸化部材(4)の下流側に設けられていることを特徴とする流体処理 装置。 17. 請求項16の流体処理装置において、前記フィルタ(10)は、多数の 通路(11)を有する多孔質の酸化セラミックから構成されていることを特徴と する流体処理装置。 18. 請求項17の流体処理装置において、前記フィルタ(10)は、活性炭 及び炭酸塩も含むことを特徴とする流体処理装置。 19. 請求項7乃至18のいずれかの流体処理装置において、当該流体処理装 置の運転を制御するためのタイマを備えることを特徴とする流体処理装置。 20. 請求項7乃至19のいずれかの流体処理装置において、当該流体処理装 置は、異なる要素を各々有する複数のセクションから構成されていて、モジュー ル型のシステムを提供することを特徴とする流体処理装置。 21. 固体の対象物を殺菌するための統合型の装置であって、入口(22)及 び出口(24)を有する閉鎖空間(20)を備えており、少なくとも1つのオゾ ン発生器(9)が、前記入口に設けられており、少なくとも1つの酸化部材(4 )が、前記オゾン発生器(9)の下流側に設けられており、更に、前記出口(2 4)には流動部材(7)が設けられていることを特徴とする統合型の装置。 22. 請求項21の統合型の装置において、前記出口には、酸化フィルタ(1 0)が設けられていることを特徴とする統合型の装置。 23. 請求項22の統合型の装置において、前記フィルタ(10)は、多数の 通路(11)を有する多孔性の酸化セラミックから構成されていることを特徴と する統合型の装置。 24. 請求項23の統合型の装置において、前記フィルタ(10)は、活性炭 及び炭酸塩も含むことを特徴とする統合型の装置。 25. 請求項21又は22の統合型の装置において、前記入口(22)及び前 記出口(24)には、閉鎖可能な弁(23、25)が設けられていることを特徴 とする統合型の装置。 26. 統合型の液体処理装置であって、形成された液体流(30)の中に、オ ゾンを発生して該オゾンを液体に供給するための部材(9、12、31)が設け られており、該部材の下流側には、オゾンを発生すると同時に該オゾンを遊離基 に分解するための少なくとも1つの酸化部材(4)が設けられていることを特徴 とする統合型の液体処理装置。 27. 請求項24の統合型の液体処理装置において、前記液体流(30)の入 口には、超音波装置(33)が設けられており、これにより、前記液体流は、超 音波作用を受けることを特徴とする統合型の液体処理装置。 28. 請求項24の統合型の液体処理装置において、前記液体流(30)は、 固体の対象物を洗浄、消毒又は殺菌するための洗浄装置に接続されていることを 特徴とする統合型の液体処理装置。
