Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 炭素原子数7〜9の芳香族炭化水素混合物を含む仕込原料からの非常に高 純度のパラキシレンの製造方法であって、仕込原料の少なくとも一部を、第一留 分をパラキシレンに富ませるのに適用される富化と呼ばれる帯域内に流通させ、 そして、少なくとも1つの結晶化帯域内での精製と呼ばれる帯域内で高温での少 なくとも1つの結晶化により前記第一留分の少なくとも一部を精製する方法にお いて、少なくとも2つの結晶化段階(50)(70)を含む精製帯域内で高温、有利には +10〜−25℃でパラキシレンに富む前記第一留分を結晶化させることを特徴 とするパラキシレンの製造方法。 2. パラキシレン富化帯域は、非常に低温での少なくとも1つの結晶化帯域で あり、該結晶化帯域内に炭素原子数8を有する芳香族炭化水素混合物を含む仕込 原料が導入され、該仕込原料により、分離工程後に液体と結晶とが生じ、該液体 は異性化帯域内で異性化され、該結晶は溶融されて、かつ前記第一留分の少なく とも一部である、請求項1による方法。 3. パラキシレン富化帯域は、ゼオライト吸着剤を含む選択的吸着帯域(8)で あり、該吸着帯域内に、炭素原子数8を有する芳香族炭化水素混合物を含む仕込 原料が導入され、脱着溶媒の存在下に仕込原料の選 択的吸着を行い、パラキシレンに富む前記第一留分(9)(19)とパラキシレンに乏 しい第二留分(10)(15)とを回収し、パラキシレンを含む異性化物を生成するため の適切な条件下に異性化触媒を含む異性化帯域(21)内で前記第二留分を異性化し 、異性化物の少なくとも一部を吸着帯域へ再循環(2)する、請求項1による方法 。 4. 精製帯域の最も冷却された段階により生じた母液の少なくとも一部は、富 化帯域(8)へ再循環される、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項による方法。 5. パラキシレン富化帯域は、主としてトルエンからなる仕込原料の少なくと も1つの不均化帯域であり、該不均化帯域により、ベンゼンおよびキシレンを含 む流出物が生じ、該流出物を蒸留し、該流出物からベンゼンおよび未反応トルエ ンを除去する、請求項1による方法。 6. 精製帯域が、温度(T1)で行われる第一結晶化工程と温度(T1)より高い温度 (T2)での第二結晶化工程とを含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項による方法。 7. 温度(T1)で第一結晶化帯域(50)内でパラキシレンに富む留分の第一結晶化 工程を行い(図4および図5)、第一母液中の第一パラキシレン結晶懸濁液(51) を回収し、第一分離帯域(52)内で第一母液から第一結晶を分離し、第一母液(8) を回収し、分離された第一結晶を溶融(58)し、該結晶を、温度(T1)より高い温度 (T2)で第二結晶化帯域(70)内で結晶化させ、第二母液中の第二パラキシレン結晶 懸濁液(71)を回収し、第二分離帯域(72)内で第二母液から第二結晶を分離し、第 二分離帯域内で適当な洗浄溶媒を用いて第二結晶を洗浄し、洗浄液を回収し、第 二母液(73)の少なくとも一部と洗浄液の少なくとも一部とを第一結晶化帯域へ再 循環し、場合によっては第二結晶化帯域へ一部再循環し、溶融パラキシレンの液 体流(77)を得るようにパラキシレンの第二結晶を完全に溶融(76)する、請求項1 〜6のいずれか1項による方法。 8. 精製帯域が、温度(T1)で行われる第一結晶化工程と温度(T1)より低い温度 (T2)での第二結晶化工程とを含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項による方法。 9. 温度(T1)で第一結晶化帯域(70)内でパラキシレンに富む留分の第一結晶化 工程を行い(図6および図7)、第一母液中の第一パラキシレン結晶懸濁液(81) を回収し、第一分離帯域(82)内で第一母液から第一結晶を分離し、場合によって は、第一分離帯域内で第一結晶を洗浄溶媒で洗浄し、温度(T1)より低い温度(T2) で第二結晶化帯域(50)内で第一母液の少なくとも一部を結晶化させ、第二母液中 の第二パラキシレン結晶懸濁液(85)を回収し、第二分離帯域(86)内で第二母液か ら第二結晶を分離し、第二分離帯域内で第二結晶を適当な洗浄溶媒で洗浄し、第 二母液(87)を回収し、パラキシレンの第一結晶および第二結晶を混合し、それら を完全に溶融(89)し、溶融パラキシレン流(90)を回収する、請求項1〜5および 8のいずれか1項による方法。 10. 温度(T1)での第一結晶化帯域(70)内で、パラキシレンに富む留分と、後 続の第二結晶化工程から再循環された、場合によっては溶融した結晶との第一結 晶化工程を行い(図8)、第一母液中のパラキシレン結晶懸濁液(81)を回収し、 第一分離帯域(82)内で第一母液から結晶を分離し、前記第一帯域内で前記結晶を 洗浄し、該結晶を溶融(100)し、溶融パラキシレン流を回収し、温度(T1)より低 い温度(T2)で第二結晶化帯域(50)内で第一母液(83)の少なくとも一部を結晶化さ せ、第二母液中の第二パラキシレン結晶懸濁液を回収し、第二分離帯域(86)内で 第二母液から第二結晶を分離し、第二母液(87)を回収し、場合によっては第二結 晶を溶融(103)し、場合によっては溶融した結晶を第一結晶化帯域へ再循環し、 該結晶を温度(T1)でパラキシレンに富む留分と共に再結晶させる、請求項1〜5 および8のいずれか1項による方法。 11. 温度(T1)での第一結晶化帯域(70)内で、パラキシレンに富む留分と、後 続の第二結晶化工程から再循環された、場合によっては溶融した結晶との第一結 晶化工程を行い(図8)、第一母液中のパラキシレン結晶懸濁液(81)を回収し、 第一分離帯域(82)内で第一母液から結晶を分離し、前記第一帯域内で前記結晶を 洗浄し、該結晶を溶融(100)し、溶融パラキシレン流を回収し、温度(T1)より低 い温度(T2)で第二結晶化帯域(50)内で第一母液(83)の少なくとも一部を結晶化さ せ、第二母液中の第二パラキシレン結晶懸濁液を回収し、第二分離帯域(86)内で 第二母液から第二結晶を分離し、第二母液(87)を回収し、第二結晶を一部溶融(1 03)し、懸濁液状結晶を第一結晶化帯域へ再循環し、該懸濁液状結晶を温度(T1) でパラキシレンに富む留分と共に再結晶させる、請求項1〜5および8のいずれ か1項による方法。 12. 温度(T1)での第一結晶化帯域内で、パラキシレンに富む留分の第一結晶 化工程を行い(図9および図10)、第一母液中の第一パラキシレン結晶懸濁液 を回収し、第一分離帯域(82)内で第一母液から第一結晶を分離し、温度(T1)より 低い温度(T2)で第二結晶化帯域(50)内で第一母液の少なくとも一部を結晶化させ 、第二分離帯域(86)中の第二母液から第二結晶を分離し、第二母液を回収し、第 一結晶および第二結晶を回収し、該結晶を少なくとも1つの分離・洗浄帯域(110 )内で向流で適当な洗浄溶媒を用いて洗浄し、一方では洗浄液(115)を回収し、該 洗浄液は少なくとも一部第一結晶化帯域(70)へ再循環され、他方ではパラキシレ ン結晶を回収し、該パラキシレン結晶を溶融帯域(112)内で完全に溶融し、溶融 パラキシレン流を回収する、請求項1〜5および8のいずれか1項による方法 。
