Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.ヨーク(1)と、該ヨーク(1)と連続し、該ヨークとの間にスロット(2 )を形成している第1端部をそれぞれが有する複数個の歯(25;51、51’ )と、一部が前記スロット(2)内に配置され、コイルが励磁されると前記歯内 に磁束を生成するように構成されたコイルとを備えた電機子(60)を含む同期 モータであって、前記歯(25;51、51’)はそれぞれが前記第1端部と対 向し、第1の幅(bd)を有する歯頭(62)を形成する第2端部を有し、かつ 前記スロット(2)はそれぞれが前記歯頭(62)と同レベルで第2の幅(bn )を有し、前記第1と第2の幅の合計が歯間ピッチ(τn)を規定しており、前 記モータが更に、前記歯頭(62) と対面関係に配置されていて、複数個の永 久磁石(8)と、該永久磁石(8)がその上に配置されている磁束戻り底板(9 )とからなる誘導子(61)を含んでいる形式の同期モータにおいて、前記歯( 25;51、51’)の第1と第2の端部との間の断面積が一定であり、かつ前 記第2の幅(bn)と前記歯間ピッチ(τn)との比率が約0.40と0.55 の間にあることを特徴とする同期モータ。 2.各コイル(30)が単一の歯(25;51、51’)だけに巻回されるとと もに、コイルが巻回された歯(25;51、51’)に隣接する2つのスロット (2)のほぼ全体を占め、2つの歯のうちの1つの歯(25;51、51’)だ けがコイル(30)によって巻回されることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項に記 載の同期モータ。 3.各々の歯(25;51、51’)がコイル(31)によって巻回され、2つ の隣接するコイルは双方で、それらが囲む歯を分離するスロット(2)のほぼ全 体を占めることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項に記載の同期モータ。 4.コイル(30、31;52、53)が連続する巻線を有することを特徴とす る前記請求の範囲のいずれか1項に記載の同期モータ。 5.前記第1の幅(bd)と前記第2の幅(bn)とがほぼ等しいことを特徴と する前記請求の範囲のいずれか1項に記載の同期モータ。 6.各々がスロット(2)内のコイル(30;31;52、53)とヨーク(1 )との間に位置する複数個の管(11)を備えた冷却手段を更に含み、前記管( 1 1)が冷却液(50)を通過させるために互いに連結されていることを特徴とす る前記請求の範囲のいずれか1項に記載の同期モータ。 7.冷却手段が更に、各スロット(2)に1枚づつ配置され、一部がスロット内 の管(11)を囲み、かつ隣接する歯(25;51、51’)の1つとスロット (2)内のコイル(30;31;52、53)との間に挟装されていることを特 徴とする請求の範囲第6項に記載の同期モータ。 8.前記モータがリニア・モータであることを特徴とする前記請求の範囲のいず れか1項に記載の同期モータ。 9.前記モータが回転モータであって、その固定子が前記電機子(60)から形 成され、その回転子が前記誘導子(61)から形成されていることを特徴とする 前記請求の範囲のいずれか1項に記載の同期モータ。 10.電機子(60)が、それぞれがコイル(52、53)によって巻回された 偶数個の歯(51、51’)を備えるとともに、各対の隣接する歯(51、51 ’)のうち、一方の歯は少なくともほぼ方形の断面を有するコイル(52)によ って巻回され、他方の歯は少なくともほぼ台形の断面を有するコイル(53)に よって巻回されていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第9項に記載の同期モータ。 11.請求の範囲第7項に記載のリニア・モータで使用されるコイル(30;3 1)を製造し、かつ取り付ける方法において、 −コンパクトで事前形成されたコイルを製造するために、前記歯(25)の各々 の断面積とほぼ等しい断面積の方形のコアを有する別個の巻型に連続巻線として コイルの1つ(30;31)を形成するためにワイヤを巻回するステップと、 −巻型からコイルを取り外すステップと、 −コイル(30;31)を電機子(60)の歯(25)に取りけるステップと、 の連続的な手順を有することを特徴とする方法 12.請求の範囲第9項に記載の回転モータで使用されるコイル(52、53) を製造し、かつ取り付ける方法において、 −コンパクトで事前形成されたコイルを製造するために、前記歯(51、51’ )の各々の断面積とほぼ等しい断面積の方形のコアを有する別個の巻型に連続巻 線として方形の断面(52)の各々のコイルを形成するためにワイヤを巻回する ス テップと、 −コンパクトで事前形成されたコイルを製造するために、前記歯(51、51’ )の各々の断面積とほぼ等しい断面積の方形のコアを有する別個の巻型に連続巻 線として台形の断面(53)の各々のコイルを形成するためにワイヤを巻回する ステップと、 −電機子の2番目の歯(51’)毎に台形の断面(53)を有する各々のコイル を取り付けるステップと、 −電機子の各々の残りの歯(51)に方形の断面(52)を有する各々のコイル を取り付けるステップと、 の連続的な手順を有することを特徴とする方法。
