Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.検出マトリクス(4)により検出されるX線で人体部の一側から照射すると 共に、この検出マトリクスは人体部の反対側に格子形状に配列される多数の素子 から構成される骨内の骨ミネラル量測定方法において、 2つのエネルギーレベルでX線を照射させ、 検出された放射線を分析し、 人体部の厚さを決定すると共に、 人体部の主要な構成要素である水分,脂肪および骨ミネラルを決定して、 それにより人体部骨内の骨ミネラル量の表示を生成するために、前記検出された 放射線の分析にて前記人体部の厚さを考慮し、 成分の分かっている参照となる被対象物を測定することにより、X線の強 度を決定する、 以上の組み合わせを特徴とする骨内の骨ミネラル量測定方法。 2.前記人体部の厚さは、X線源(3)と人体部との間、および人体部と検出マ トリクス(4)との間の距離を測定することで確立され、これらの距離をX線源 (3)と検出マトリクス(4)との間の距離と比較することで、前記人体部の厚 さが決定されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の骨内の骨ミネラル量測定方法。 3.2つのエネルギーレベルでX線を発生するように配置され、その形状が人体 部の形状に適合するケーシング(2)の一側(2a)に配置されると共に、人体 部に向けられている手段(3)と、 複数の素子からなり、この素子は前記手段(3)からのX線を検出するた めに、ケーシング(2)の反対側(2b)に配置される格子形状に配列された放 射線検出マトリクス(4)と、 検出マトリクス(4)に記録される信号を解析するために、検出マトリク ス(4)が接続される画像および信号生成ユニット(7)と、 前記人体部に対向する側のケーシング(2)内に配置され、画像および信 号生成ユニット(7)と連結する距離測定装置(5)との組み合わせからなり、 画像および信号生成ユニット(7)は、人体部の測定と成分の分かってい る参照となる被対象物の測定とに関係して、検出マトリクス(4)に記録される 信号と、距離測定装置(5)に記録される信号との組み合わせで、骨ミネラルと 、水分と、脂肪の各構成要素の厚さを決定することで、人体部骨内の骨ミネラル 量を決定するように配置されたものであることを特徴とする骨内の骨ミネラル量 測定装置。
