Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.ガラス加工に適切な作業温度範囲を有する生物活性ガラスであって、前記 生物活性ガラスはケイ素の酸化物、リンの酸化物、アルカリの酸化物、アルカリ 土の酸化物及び任意に他の元素の酸化物、たとえばホウ素の酸化物を含み、前記 酸化物は次の量、 SiO2 53〜60重量% Na2O 0〜34重量% K2O 1〜20重量% MgO 0〜5 重量% CaO 5〜25重量% B2O3 0〜4 重量% P2O5 0.5〜6 重量% であって、かつ Na2O+K2O = 16〜35重量% K2O +MgO = 5〜20重量%及び MgO +CaO = 10〜25重量% で存在することを特徴とする生物活性ガラス。 2.次の組成を特徴とする請求項1記載の生物活性ガラス: SiO2 53〜56重量% Na2O 10〜28重量% K2O 2〜20重量% MgO 0〜5 重量% CaO 7〜25重量% B2O3 0〜4 重量% P2O5 0.5〜6 重量% であって、かつ Na2O+K2O = 18〜30重量% K2O +MgO = 7〜20重量%及び MgO +CaO = 12〜25重量%。 3.P2O5が1〜4重量%で、B2O3が1〜4重量%であることを特徴とする請求 項1または2記載の生物活性ガラス。 4.高耐久性を有する請求項1記載の生物活性ガラスであって、次の組成: SiO2 53〜60重量% Na2O 0〜19重量% K2O 1〜17重量% MgO 3〜5 重量% CaO 5〜22重量% B2O3 0〜4 重量% P2O5 0.5〜6 重量% であって、かつ Na2O+K2O = 16〜20重量% K2O +MgO = 5〜20重量%及び MgO +CaO = 10〜25重量% を特徴とする生物活性ガラス。 5.SiO2が54〜56重量%であることを特徴とする請求項4記載の生物活性ガラ ス。 6.低耐久性を有する請求項1記載の生物活性ガラスであって、次の組成: SiO2 53〜56重量% Na2O 5〜33重量% K2O 2〜20重量% MgO 0〜3 重量% CaO 7〜25重量% B2O3 0〜2 重量% P2O5 2〜6 重量% であって、かつ Na2O+K2O = 25〜35重量% K2O +MgO = 5〜20重量%及び MgO +CaO = 10〜25重量% を特徴とする生物活性ガラス。 7.次の組成を特徴とする請求項1記載の生物活性ガラス: SiO2 54重量% Na2O 12重量% K2O 15重量% MgO 5重量% P2O5 2重量% CaO 11重量% B2O3 1重量%。 8.次の組成を特徴とする請求項1記載の生物活性ガラス: SiO2 53重量% Na2O 6重量% K2O 12重量% MgO 5重量% P2O5 4重量% CaO 20重量%。 9.破砕されたまたは球状の微粒子の状態の請求項1〜8のいずれか1項記載 の生物活性ガラスの使用であって、骨の欠損、軟組織における充てん物質として の使用、歯髄切除における歯根充てん剤としての使用または薬物の徐放のための 使用。 10.稠密なまたは多孔質バルク物質の状態の請求項1〜8のいずれか1項記載 の生物活性ガラスの使用であって、骨の欠損、軟組織における充てん物質として の使用、歯髄切除における歯根充てん剤としての使用、薬物の徐放のための使用 または組織誘導のための使用。 11.請求項1〜8のいずれか1項記載の生物活性ガラスの使用であって、医療 用または歯科用インプラントとして用いる、合金、金属、ガラス、セラミックス 及びその他類似のもののコーティングのための使用。 12.単繊維、薄葉紙、織物、コード、環、圧縮錠剤もしくはペレット及びその 他類似のものの形にある、ガラス繊維またはグラスウールについての請求項1〜 8のいずれか1項記載の生物活性ガラスの使用であって、骨の欠損、軟組織にお ける充てん物質のための使用、歯髄切除における歯根充てん剤としての使用、薬 物の徐放のための使用または組織の誘導のための使用。 13.請求項1〜8のいずれか1項記載の生物活性ガラスの使用であって、遺伝 子工学方法における、周囲の媒体からのリン及び/またはカルシウムのための吸 収剤または吸着剤としての使用。
