Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.a)2〜10重量部のシリカのみまたは金属塩または金属アルコキシドの混 合物を5〜50%のフッ化水素溶液の100重量部中に溶解し、 b)前記溶液を2〜10重量部のカチオン界面活性剤および20〜30重 量部の濃アンモニア溶液を100重量部の蒸留水に溶解した溶液に添加し、 c)25〜80℃の温度で2〜3時間エージングし、そして d)500〜800℃の温度で4〜6時間焼成する、 各工程からなることを特徴とするメソ多孔性構造を持つ結晶性物質の調製方法 。 2.前記金属塩がAl(NO3)3、Al(SO4)3、AlCl3およびNaAlO2 からなる群から選ばれる、請求項1に記載の方法。 3.前記金属アルコキシドがチタニウム(IV)アルコキシド、アルミニウムア ルコキシドおよびシリコンアルコキシドからなる群から選ばれる、請求頃1に記 載の方法。 4.前記カチオン界面活性剤がセチルトリメチルアンモニウムブロマイドまた はセチルトリメチルアンモニウムクロライドである請求項1に記載の方法。 5.前記方法によって調製されたメソ多孔性構造を持つ結晶性物質がSi/T iまたはSi/Alのモル比が10以上である、請求項1記載の方法。
