Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.タービン燃焼燃料油の燃焼中のジェットエンジン構成部分表面における汚 染堆積物形成を抑制および清浄化するための方法であって、この目的に有効な( チオ)ホスホン酸誘導体の有効抑制量を該タービン燃焼燃料油に添加することか らなる方法。 2.(チオ)ホスホン酸誘導体が、以下の式: [式中、R1はC1〜C200アルキルまたはアルケニル基であり; Xは同一または異なってSもしくはOまたはその混合物であり;そして R2は、以下の構造: (式中、R3およびR4は、同一または異なって、H、置換もしくは未置換のC1 〜C50アルキルまたはアルケニル基である) を有するか;または R2は、以下の構造: (式中、R5は、置換もしくは未置換のC1〜C50アルケニル基である) を有する] で示されるものである請求項1に記載の方法。 3.式中のR1がC2H4〜C4H8オレフィンの重合によって得られるヒドロカ ルビル基またはその混合物であり、XがSもしくはOまたはその混合物であり、 R5がヒドロキシ置換されたC2〜C10アルキル基である請求項2に記載の方法。 4.式中のR1がC4H8オレフィンの重合によって得られるヒドロカルビル基 であり、XがSもしくはOまたはその混合物であり、R5が(−CH2)2C(CH2 OH)2である請求項2に記載の方法。 5.誘導体が、ポリアルケニル(チオ)ホスホン酸のペンタエリスリトールエ ステルである請求項1に記載の方法。 6.ポリアルケニル(チオ)ホスホン酸のペンタエリスリトールエステルが、ポ リイソブテニルチオホスホン酸のペンタエリスリトールエステルである請求項5 に記載の方法。 7.ポリアルケニル(チオ)ホスホン酸のアルケニル部分が、約600〜5,0 00の分子量を有する請求項5に記載の方法。 8.誘導体を、タービン燃料油100万部に対して約0.1〜10,000部の 範囲内でタービン燃焼燃料油に添加する請求項1に記載の方法。 9.誘導体を、芳香族ナフサおよびキシレンからなる群から選択される溶媒中 でタービン燃焼燃料油に添加する請求項1に記載の方法。 10.ジェットエンジン構成部分が、燃料再循環システム、燃料ノズル、噴霧リ ング、オーグメンター、多岐管、作動装置、ならびにタービン翼および羽根から なる群から選択される請求項1に記載の方法。 11.ジェットエンジン構成部分の表面が、425〜1100°Fの範囲の温度 を有する請求項1に記載の方法。 12.燃焼が酸素に富む大気中で起こる請求項1に記載の方法。 13.タービン燃焼燃料油の燃焼中のジェットエンジン排気からの微粒子物質、 すすおよび煙の生成および放出を抑制するための方法であって、この目的に有効 な(チオ)ホスホン酸誘導体の有効抑制量を該タービン燃焼燃料油に添加すること からなる方法。 14.(チオ)ホスホン酸誘導体が、以下の式: [式中、R1はC1〜C200アルキルまたはアルケニル基であり; XはSもしくはOまたはその混合物であり;そして R2は、以下の構造: (式中、R3およびR4は、同一または異なって、H、置換もしくは未置換のC1 〜C50アルキルまたはアルケニル基である) を有するか;または R2は、以下の構造: (式中、R5は、置換もしくは未置換のC1〜C50アルケニル基である) を有する] で示されるものである請求項13に記載の方法。 15.式中のR1がC2H4〜C4H8オレフィンの重合によって得られるヒドロカ ルビル基またはその混合物であり、XがSもしくはOまたはその混合物であり、 R5がヒドロキシ置換されたC2〜C10アルキル基である請求項14に記載の方法。 16.式中のR1がC4H8オレフィンの重合によって得られるヒドロカルビル基 であり、XがSもしくはOまたはその混合物であり、R5が(−CH2)2C(CH2 OH)2である請求項14に記載の方法。 17.誘導体が、ポリアルケニル(チオ)ホスホン酸のペンタエリスリトールエス テルである請求項13に記載の方法。 18.ポリアルケニル(チオ)ホスホン酸のペンタエリスリトールエステルが、ポ リイソブテニルチオホスホン酸のペンタエリスリトールエステルである請求項17 に記載の方法。 19.ポリアルケニル(チオ)ホスホン酸のアルケニル部分が、約600〜5,0 00の分子量を有する請求項17に記載の方法。 20.誘導体を、タービン燃料油100万部に対して約0.1〜10,000部の 範囲内でタービン燃料油に添加する請求項13に記載の方法。 21.誘導体を、芳香族ナフサおよびキシレンからなる群から選択される溶媒中 でタービン燃料油に添加する請求項13に記載の方法。 22.ジェットエンジン構成部分の表面が、425〜1100°Fの範囲の温度 を有する請求項13に記載の方法。 23.燃焼が酸素に富む大気中で起こる請求項13に記載の方法。 24.タービン燃焼燃料油および(チオ)ホスホン酸誘導体を含有する組成物。 25.(チオ)ホスホン酸誘導体が、以下の式: [式中、R1はC1〜C200アルキルまたはアルケニル基であり; XはSもしくはOまたはその混合物であり;そして R2は、以下の構造: (式中、R3およびR4は、同一または異なって、H、置換もしくは未置換のC1 〜C50アルキルまたはアルケニル基である) を有するか;または R2は、以下の構造: (式中、R5は、置換もしくは未置換のC1〜C50アルケニル基である) を有する] で示されるものである請求項24に記載の組成物。 26.R1がC2H4〜C4H8オレフィンの重合によって得られるヒドロカルビル 基またはその混合物であり、XがSもしくはOまたはその混合物であり、R5が ヒドロキシ置換されたC2〜C10アルキル基である請求項24に記載の組成物。 27.R1がC4H8オレフィンの重合によって得られるヒドロカルビル基であり 、XがSもしくはOまたはその混合物であり、R5が(−CH2)2C(CH2OH)2 である請求項24に記載の組成物。 28.誘導体が、ポリアルケニル(チオ)ホスホン酸のペンタエリスリトールエス テルである請求項24に記載の組成物。 29.ポリアルケニル(チオ)ホスホン酸のペンタエリスリトールエステルが、ポ リイソブテニルチオホスホン酸のペンタエリスリトールエステルである請求項28 に記載の組成物。 30.ポリアルケニル(チオ)ホスホン酸のアルケニル部分が、約600〜5,0 00の分子量を有する請求項28に記載の組成物。
