Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.高分散相エマルジョンの製造方法において、 A)油相であって、該油相は、 1)約65〜約98重量%、好ましくは80〜90重量%、最も好ましくは 90〜97重量%の、35℃もしくはそれ以下のTgを有する重合体を形成する ことができるモノマー成分であって、該成分は、 a)30〜85重量%の、少なくとも1種の、25℃もしくはそれ以下 のTgを有するアタクチック無定形重合体を形成することができる実質的に水不 溶性の単官能性モノマー、 b)0〜40重量%の、少なくとも1種の実質的に水不溶性の単官能性 コモノマー、及び c)5〜40重量%の、少なくとも1種の実質的に水不溶性の多官能性 架橋剤を含有し、及び 2)2〜35重量%、好ましくは3〜20重量%、最も好ましくは3〜10 重量%の、油相中に可溶性であり、安定な油中水型エマルジョンを形成するため に適している乳化剤成分であって、該乳化剤成分は、少なくとも約40%の線状 ジグリセリンモノ脂肪族エーテルと少なくとも約60%のC10〜C24脂肪族基を 有するポリグリセリン脂肪族エーテルとからなるポリグリセリン脂肪族エーテル からなる群から選択された乳化剤を含有し、並びに B)水溶液を含有する水相であって、該水相は、 1)0.2〜20重量%の水溶性電解質、及び 2)有効量の重合開始剤を含有し、並びに C)水相の油相に対する体積対重量比が、12:1〜125:1、好ましくは 20:1〜90:1、最も好ましくは25:1〜75:1の範囲内である、 ことからなる油中水型エマルジョンを形成する工程を包含することを特徴とする 高分散相エマルジョンの製造方法。 2.該モノマー成分が、 a)50〜70重量%の、アクリル酸ブチル、アクリル酸ヘキシル、アクリル 酸オクチル、アクリル酸2−エチルヘキシル、アクリル酸ノニル、アクリル酸デ シル、アクリル酸ドデシル、アクリル酸イソデシル、アクリル酸テトラデシル、 アクリル酸ベンジル、アクリル酸ノニルフェニル、メタクリル酸ヘキシル、メタ クリル酸オクチル、メタクリル酸ノニル、メタクリル酸デシル、メタクリル酸イ ソデシル、メタクリル酸ドデシル、メタクリル酸テトラデシル、N−オクタデシ ルアクリルアミド、p−n−オクチルスチレン、イソプレン、1,3−ブタジエ ン、1,3−ヘキサジエン、1,3−ヘプタジエン、1,3−オクタジエン、1 ,3−ノナジエン、1,3−デカジエン、1,3−ウンデカジエン、1,3−ド デカジエン、2−メチル−1,3−ヘキサジエン、6−メチル−1,3−ヘプタ ジエン、7−メチル−1,3−オクタジエン、1,3,7−オクタトリエン、1 ,3,9−デカトリエン、1,3,6−オクタトリエン、2,3−ジメチル−1 ,3−ブタジエン、2−アミル−1,3−ブタジエン、2−メチル−1,3−ペ ンタジエン、2,3−ジメチル−1,3−ペンタジエン、2−メチル−3−エチ ル−1,3−ペンタジエン、2−メチル−3−プロピル−1,3−ペンタジエン 、2,6−ジメチル−1,3,7−オクタトリエン、2,7−ジメチル−1,3 ,7−オクタトリエン、2,6−ジメチル−1,3,6−オクタトリエン、2, 7−ジメチル−1,3,6−オクタトリエン、7−メチル−3−メチレン−1, 6−オクタジエン、2,6−ジメチル−1,5,7−オクタトリエン、1−メチ ル−2−ビニル−4,6−ヘプタジエニル−3,8−ノナジエノアート、5−メ チル−1,3,6−ヘプタトリエン、2−エチルブタジエン及びこれらの混合物 からなる群から選択されたモノマー、 b)5〜40重量%の、スチレン、エチルスチレン、メタクリル酸メチル及び これらの混合物からなる群から選択されたコモノマー、及び c)10〜30重量%の、ジビニルベンゼン類、ジビニルトルエン類、ジビニ ルキシレン類、ジビニルナフタレン類、ジビニルアルキルベンゼン類、ジビニル フェナントレン類、トリビニルベンゼン類、ジビニルビフェニル類、ジ ビニルジフェニルメタン類、ジビニルベンジル類、ジビニルフェニルエーテル類 、ジビニルジフェニルスルフィド類、ジビニルフラン類、ジビニルスルホン、ジ ビニルスルフィド、ジビニルジメチルシラン、1,1′−ジビニルフェロセン、 2−ビニルブタジエン、エチレングリコールジメタクリレート、ネオペンチルグ リコールジメタクリレート、1,3−ブタンジオールジメタクリレート、ジエチ レングリコールジメタクリレート、ヒドロキノンジメタクリレート、カテコール ジメタクリレート、レゾルシノールジメタクリレート、トリエチレングリコール ジメタクリレート、ポリエチレングリコールジメタクリレート、トリメチロール プロパントリメタクリレート、ペンタエリトリトールテトラメタクリレート、1 ,4−ブタンジオールジメタクリレート、1,6−ヘキサンジオールジアクリレ ート、1,4−ブタンジオールジアクリレート、テトラメチレンジアクリレート 、トリメチロールプロパントリアクリレート、ペンタエリトリトールテトラアク リレート、N−メチロールアクリルアミド、N−メチロールメタクリルアミド、 1,2−エチレンビスアクリルアミド、1,4−ブタンビスアクリルアミド及び これらの混合物からなる群から選択された架橋剤、 を包含することを特徴とする請求項に記載の方法。 3.該モノマー成分が、 a)50〜70重量%の、アクリル酸イソデシル、アクリル酸n−ドデシル及 びアクリル酸2−エチルヘキシル並びにこれらの混合物からなる群から選択され たモノマー、 b)15〜30重量%の、スチレン、エチルスチレン及びこれらの混合物から なる群から選択されたコモノマー、並びに c)15〜25重量%の、ジビニルベンゼン、エチレングリコールジメタクリ レート、ジエチレングリコールジメタクリレート、1,6−ヘキサンジオールジ アクリレート、2−ブテンジオールジメタクリレート、エチレングリコールジア クリレート、トリメチロールプロパントリアクリレート及びトリメタクリレート 並びにこれらの混合物からなる群から選択された架橋剤、 を包含することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。 4.該ポリグリセリン脂肪族エーテルが、40〜90%の線状ジグリセリンモノ 脂肪族エーテル及び10〜60%のその他のポリグリセリンエーテルを包含する ことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の方法。 5.該ポリグリセリン脂肪族エーテルが、少なくとも70%の線状ジグリセリン モノ脂肪族エーテルを包含することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載 の方法。 6.該ポリグリセリン脂肪族エーテルが、60〜95%のC10〜C24脂肪族基を 有する線状ポリグリセリン脂肪族エーテルを包含することを特徴とする請求の範 囲第1項〜第5項のいずれかに記載の方法。 7.該C10〜C24脂肪族基が、C12〜C14線状飽和脂肪族基、C16〜C24分枝飽 和鎖脂肪族、C16〜C22線状不飽和脂肪族基及びこれらの混合物からなる群から 選択される請求項6に記載の方法。 8.該C10〜C24脂肪族基が、ラウリル、ミリスチル、イソステアリル、2−オ クチルドデシル、2−デシルテトラデシル、オレイル及びこれらの混合物からな る群から選択される請求項7に記載の方法。 9.請求の範囲第1項〜第8項のいずれかの油中水型エマルジョンの油相中でモ ノマー成分を重合する工程を更に包含することを特徴とする重合体フォーム材料 の製造方法。 10.該方法が、水性液体と接触して再膨張する、しぼんだ重合体フォーム材料 が形成されるような程度まで、重合体フォームを脱水する工程をさらに包含する ことを特徴とする請求の範囲第9項に記載の方法。
