Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.次の(a)及び(b)を含むことを特徴とする硬化可能な組成物。 (a)全組成物の0.1〜75重量パーセントで含まれ、立体障害性のアルコ キシル化されたシラン基と一時的な塩基でブロックされた酸性基とを含む安定で 水分散性、硬化可能なポリマー、及び (b)全組成物の99.9〜25重量パーセントで含まれる水。 2.組成物のpHを5.5〜8.5に維持するのに十分な緩衝液をさらに含むこ とを特徴とする請求項1に記載の組成物。 3.請求項1に記載の組成物を硬化することによって製造されるフィルム。 4.前記水分散性または乳濁可能であって硬化可能なポリマーが、化学式R3S iR2 a(OR1)3-a[なおこの式において、R1は立体障害性の直鎖状または分 枝状形状のC3−C10アルキル基であり、R2は1〜10個の炭素原子を持つ一価 の炭化水素基であり、R3は、アルキレン、アリレン、アラルキレン基またはポ リマー骨格自体であって、ただしSiR3がSi−C結合を介してそのポリマー に結合していて、そして「a」は、値が0、1または2である。]で示される垂 下したあるいは末端のシラン基を持つことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の組成物 。 5.前記R1が、5個以下の炭素原子を持つとともに分枝していることを特徴と する請求項4に記載の組成物。 6.前記R1が、iso−ブチル基、sec−ブチル基、iso−プロピル基、 iso−アミル基及びsec−アミル基からなるグループより選択されることを 特徴とする請求項5に記載の組成物。 7.前記水分散性または乳濁可能であって硬化可能なポリマーが、1,000及 び300万の間の分子量をもつシリル化ビニルアクリルポリマーであることを特 徴とする請求項1に記載の組成物。 8.前記ブロックされた酸性基は、末端のまたは垂下したカルボキシル基である ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の組成物。 9.前記酸性基が、前記ポリマーの0.1−10モルパーセントで存在すること を特徴とする請求項1に記載の組成物。 10.前記一時的な塩基が、アンモニア、モルホリン、ジエタノールアミン、及 びアミノアルコールからなるグループより選択されることを特徴とする請求項1 に記載の組成物。 11.前記一時的な塩基が、前記ポリマーについている酸性基のうち10パーセ ント以下がブロックされないレベルで存在することを特徴とする請求項1に記載 の組成物。 12.次の(a)及び(b)を混合する工程を含むことを特徴とする硬化可能な 組成物を形成する方法。 (a)全組成物の0.1〜75重量パーセントで含まれ、立体障害性のアルコ キシル化されたシラン基と一時的な塩基でブロックされた酸性基とを含む安定で 水分散性、硬化可能なポリマー、及び (b)全組成物の99.9〜25重量パーセントで含まれる水。 13.前記硬化可能な組成物が、少なくとも12カ月間の貯蔵寿命を持つことを 特徴とする請求項12に記載の方法。 14.前記組成物のpHを5.5〜8.5に維持するのに十分な緩衝液をさらに 含むことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の方法。 15.前記硬化可能な組成物を硬化させる工程をさらに含むことを特徴とする請 求項12に記載の方法。 16.前記水分散性または乳濁可能であって硬化可能なポリマーが、化学式R3 SiR2 a(OR1)3-a[なおこの式において、R1は立体障害性の直鎖状または 分枝状形状のC3−C10アルキル基であり、R2は1〜10個の炭素原子を持つ一 価の炭化水素基であり、R3は、アルキレン、アリレン、アラルキレン基または ポリマー骨格自体であって、ただしSiR3がSi−C結合を介してそのポリマ ーに結合していて、そして「a」は、値が0、1または2である。]で示される 垂下したあるいは末端のシラン基を持つことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の方 法。 17.前記R1が、5個以下の炭素原子を持つとともに分枝していることを特徴 とする請求項16に記載の方法。 18.前記R1が、iso−ブチル基、sec−ブチル基、iso−プロピル基 及びsec−アミル基からなるグループより選択されることを特徴とする請求項 17に記載の方法。 19.前記水分散性または乳濁可能であって硬化可能なポリマーが、1,000 及び300万の間の分子量をもつことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の方法。 20.前記ブロックされた酸性基は、末端のまたは垂下したカルボキシル基であ ることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の方法。 21.前記酸性基が、前記ポリマーの0.1−10モルパーセントで存在するこ とを特徴とする請求項12に記載の方法。 22.前記一時的な塩基が、アンモニア、モルホリン、ジエタノールアミン、及 びアミノアルコールからなるグループより選択されることを特徴とする請求項1 2に記載の方法。 23.前記一時的な塩基が、前記ポリマーについている酸性基のうち10パーセ ント以下がブロックされないレベルで存在することを特徴とする請求項12に記 載の方法。
