Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 独占的所有権又は独占権を請求する発明の実施態様は次の通り定義される。 1.粉末金属焼結品の形成方法であって、黒鉛及び潤滑剤を予備合金鉄基粉末と ブレンドする工程、前記ブレンド混合物を押圧して一段圧縮段階で成形する工程 、前記品物を焼結する工程、及び前記品物を還元雰囲気中で高温焼結して密度が 7.4g/ccより大きい焼結品を製造する工程を含む方法。 2.前記予備合金鉄基粉末がモリブデン約0.6〜3.0%を含む請求項1記載の 方法。 3.前記黒鉛が約0.8〜2.0%の範囲である請求項2記載の方法。 4.前記還元雰囲気が水素、水素/窒素混合物、真空或いは部分バックフィル真 空である請求項3記載の方法。 5.前記焼結が一段焼結工程において1250〜1350℃の温度で行われる請 求項4記載の方法。 6.前記焼結が一段焼結工程において1270〜1310℃の温度で行われる請 求項4記載の方法。 7.前記予備合金鉄基粉末を、黒鉛約1.5%及び潤滑剤とブレンドする請求項 6記載の方法。 8.前記ブレンド混合物を、焼結前に約6.8g/ccの密度に押圧する請求項7記 載の方法。 9.前記焼結品がオーステナイト結晶粒及び前記オーステナイト結晶粒間の結晶 粒界炭化物を含み、前記焼結品を熱処理して前記炭化物を球状化し、かつ密度が 7.4g/ccより大きい焼結粉末金属品を製造する請求項11記載の方法。 10.下記の工程を更に含む請求項9記載の方法。 (a)前記焼結品を焼結炉内でACMより高い温度に冷却する工程; (b)前記焼結品を200℃より低い温度に急冷する工程;及び (c)該温度をA1温度近くまで上げて前記炭化物を急速に球状化する工程。 11.下記の工程を更に含む請求項9記載の方法。 (a)前記焼結品を該焼結炉内で冷却する工程; (b)前記品物を熱処理ラインにおいて1000℃で30分間オーステナイト 化する工程; (c)油焼入れする工程;及び (d)該温度をA1温度近くまで上げて前記品物を急速に球状化する工程。 12.粉末金属焼結品の形成方法であって、黒鉛約0.8〜2.0重量%及び潤滑剤 を、モリブデン約0.5〜3.0%を含有する予備合金鉄基粉末とブレンドする工 程、前記ブレンド混合物を押圧して一段圧縮段階で成形する工程、前記品物を焼 結する工程、及び前記品物を還元雰囲気中で高温焼結して密度が7.4g/ccより 大きい焼結品を製造する工程を含む方法。 13.下記の成分を有する焼結した状態の塊物質を生じる予備合金鉄基粉末と黒鉛 のブレンドを含む粉末金属組成物。 (a)モリブデン 0.5〜3.0% (b)黒鉛 0.08〜2.0% (c)鉄及び避けられない不純物 残部。
