- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. ポリウレタン尿素組成物の製造方法であって、 (a)イソシアネートのプレポリマーまたはそれの反応性前駆体を、−100℃ または該イソシアネートプレポリマーのTgの中で低い方の温度またはそれより 低い温度に冷却し、 (b)上記イソシアネートプレポリマーから粉末を生じさせ、 (c)段階(b)の前または後に少なくとも1種の鎖伸長剤を添加して混合し、 そして (d)上記粉末を少なくともほぼ室温にまで温めることでポリウレタン尿素を生 じさせる、 ことを含む方法。 2. この上に示した段階(c)において少なくとも1種の連鎖停止剤を添加 することを更に含む請求の範囲第1項記載の方法。 3. 上記鎖伸長剤が脂肪族ジアミンである請求の範囲第1項記載の方法。 4. 上記鎖伸長剤がグリコールである請求の範囲第1項記載の方法。 5. 該ポリウレタン尿素を射出成形または押出し加工して成形品を製造する 段階を更に含む請求の範囲第1項記載の方法。 6. 該ポリウレタン尿素を繊維に紡糸することを更に含む請求の範囲第1項 記載の方法。 7. 該ポリウレタン尿素からフィルムを製造する段階を更に含む請求の範囲 第1項記載の方法。 8. 上記冷却を行うに先立って該プレポリマーに非反応性安定剤、顔料およ び/または抗酸化剤を添加する段階を更に含む請求の範囲第1 項記載の方法。 9. 上記温度が約−120℃またはそれ以下である請求の範囲第1項記載の 方法。 10. 上記冷却段階に先立って上記プレポリマーを約20%以下の量の固体 状粒子と混合する段階を更に含む請求の範囲第1項記載の方法。 11. 上記固体状粒子をポリ(p−フェニレンジアミンテレフタレート)、 ポリ(m−フェニレンジアミンイソフタレート)、ナイロン、およびポリテトラ フルオロエチレンおよびそれらの組み合わせから選択する請求の範囲第10項記 載の方法。 12. 上記粉末が約10から約750μmの粒子サイズを有する請求の範囲 第1項記載の方法。 13. 上記粉末が約100から約200μmの平均粒子直径を有する請求の 範囲第1項記載の方法。 14. スパンデックスを製造する方法であって、 (a)イソシアネートのプレポリマーまたはそれの反応性前駆体を、−100℃ または該イソシアネートプレポリマーのTgの中で低い方の温度またはそれより 低い温度に冷却して混合し、 (b)上記イソシアネートプレポリマーから粉末を生じさせ、 (c)段階(b)の前または後に少なくとも1種の鎖伸長剤を添加して混合し、 (d)上記粉末を少なくともほぼ室温にまで温めることでポリウレタン尿素を生 じさせ、 (e)任意に上記ポリウレタン尿素を溶媒に溶解させ、そして (f)該ポリウレタン尿素をスパンデックスに紡糸する、 ことを含む方法。 15. 請求の範囲第1項の方法で作られた製品であって、粉末の形態の製品 。 16. 請求の範囲第15項の製品であって、上記粉末が約10から約750 μmの平均直径を有する製品。 17. 請求の範囲第14項の方法で作られた繊維。
