Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.大動脈(2)に挿入された膨張および収縮可能な風船(3)と、該風船( 3)を心活動に同期して膨張および収縮させるための制御部とを用いて心活動を 支援する装置であって、 前記同期は、膨張によって血液循環系に形成される圧力波が心臓(5)に、大 動脈弁の閉成直後に達し、風船(3)の収縮によって生じた負の圧力波が大動脈 弁に、これが開放する時点で到達するように行われ、 心活動を検出するための装置と、瞬時の心臓リズムに同期するための制御部と を有する装置において、 心活動を検出するための装置が心臓ペースメーカ(6)に配置されており、 該心臓ペースメーカは心臓(5)に接続されており、 付加モジュール(8)を有し、 該付加モジュールは、風船(3)を制御するためのパルスを形成し、 該パルスは、ペースメーカ(6)により検出された心臓フェーズまたはペース メーカ(6)により刺激によって定められた心臓フェーズに時間的に割り当てら れている、ことを特徴とする、心活動の支援装置。 2.心臓ペースメーカ(6)は外部に配置されており、電極または心臓ワイヤ (7)を介して心臓(5) の表面に固定されており、他端は浮選(3)に対する制御部(4)と接続されて いる、請求項1記載の装置。 3.風船ポンプ(10)が風船(3)を膨張および収縮するために設けられて おり、該風船ポンプの制御部にはパルスが供給される、請求項1または2記載の 装置。 4.心臓ペースメーカ(6)から信号の供給される付加モジュール(8)は制 御部に集積されており、線路を介して心臓ペースメーカ(6)と接続されている 、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の装置。 5.風船(3)を操作するためのパルスが、心臓ペースメーカ(6)により検 出された心活動または刺激された心活動によってトリガ可能である、請求項1か ら4までのいずれか1項記載の装置。 6.パルスは、自発心室活動が検知された場合は直ちに、心室が刺激された場 合は時間的に有利には約50msずらして形成される、請求項5記載の装置。 7.付加的に形成されたパルス(PR)は身体表面から発生する自然のR波に 類似の形状および/または振幅を有する、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記 載の装置。 8.付加的に形成されたパルスは低いソースインピーダンスを有する、請求項 1から7までのいずれか1項記載の装置。 9.心臓ペースメーカ(6)は風船(3)の制御部と共に構成されており、例 えば1つの共通のケーシングに配置されている、請求項1から8までのいずれか 1項記載の装置。 10.風船ポンプ(10,12)を制御するプロセッサが、心臓ペースメーカ論 理回路をこのプロセッサに集積することによって同時に心臓ペースメーカ(6) として構成されている、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
