Abstract

(57)【要約】 【課題】車両、その他の乗り物、さらには壁などに取り
付けられるものであって、あらゆる形状ないし型式のセ
ルホーンに適合し、セルホーンを簡単に素早く脱着可能
なセルホーン用ユニバーサル磁気スタンドの提供。 【解決手段】あらゆる型式ないし形状のセルホーンに対
応する磁気スタンドに関し、例えば、車両のダッシュボ
ードに取り付けられて、磁力によってセルホーンのバッ
テリ部分を引きつけることにより、セルホーンを車両の
ダッシュボードに係止するセルホーン用磁気スタンドに
関し、一側にゴム状可撓性材料層（３）、他側に両面粘
着テープ（２）がそれぞれ設けられた永久磁石（１）を
有する。

Description

【発明の詳細な説明】
【０００１】
【発明の属する技術分野】本発明は、車両又はその他ど
こにおいても使用できる、セルホーン（例えば、携帯電
話、自動車電話、充電式電話）を保持するための磁気ス
タンドに関する。
【０００２】
【従来の技術】セルホーン（例えば、携帯電話、自動車
電話、充電式電話）と、さらにおそらく一台又はそれ以
上の車両とを持っている人々は、セルホーンが落下して
損傷したり、あるいはドライバの邪魔にならないよう
に、セルホーンを所定位置に保持するためのスタンドが
必要であるということを認識している。
【０００３】現在、種々の型式のセルホーンのプラスチ
ック製スタンドが市販されており、例えば、セルホーン
をその両側から挟むタブを備えセルホーンをプラスチッ
クの弾力により押圧保持することによって抜き差し可能
にしたスタンド、あるいは、タブやフックの作用する押
圧力を解除してセルホーンを取り外し可能とするボタン
を備えたスタンドがある。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】しかしながら、これら
のスタンドは使用上一連の不便な点がある。例えば、ス
タンド固定のために、車両のダッシュボードに穴を開け
る必要がある。これは、所有者の嫌うところである。市
販のスタンド（セルホーンをスタンドに押し入れる型式
のもの）には、さらに次のような不具合がある。すなわ
ち、スタンドによってセルホーンがスタンドに接触する
部分にキズが付けられ、このキズは次第に深くなり、セ
ルホーンの取り扱い上は何ら影響はないが、損傷したシ
ェルを取り替えるには多大な出費を要する。
【０００５】加えて、これらのスタンドは特定の一型式
のセルホーン用に設計され、特定の一型式のセルホーン
にしか対応していないため、所有者が使用中のセルホー
ンを新形状ないし新型セルホーンに取り替える場合、該
スタンドを新形状ないし新型セルホーンのスタンドとし
て活用することが不可能である。なお、最近は、技術革
新が迅速であり次から次へと新形状ないし新型のセルホ
ーンが発売されている。また、異なる型式ないし形状の
セルホーンを持った所有者らによって一台の車両が利用
されることもある。そして、種々のセルホーンが現在き
わめて幅広く流通していることを鑑みれば、このような
ことは何度も繰り返される事象である。さらに、上述の
スタンドによれば、セルホーンをスタンドに挿入する際
にセルホーンが落下して装置が損傷することを避けるた
めに細心の注意が必要である。セルホーンはますます小
型化されていくことを考慮すれば、この操作は一層困難
になっていく。また、多くのセルホーン所有者は、一日
に幾度も自分の車両に乗ったり降りたりするので、セル
ホーンを抜き差しする操作は何度も繰り返されるもので
あって、面倒で時間の無駄である。
【０００６】本発明の課題は、車両、その他の乗り物、
さらには壁などに取り付けられるものであって、あらゆ
る形状ないし型式のセルホーンに適合し、セルホーンを
簡単に素早く脱着可能なセルホーン用ユニバーサルスタ
ンドを提供することである。
【０００７】
【課題を解決するための手段】本発明はセルホーンの所
有者にとって重大な問題の解決を図るものである。前記
課題を達成するために、本発明はユニバーサル磁気スタ
ンドを提供する。このユニバーサル磁気スタンドは、一
側にゴム状可撓性材料層（「ゴム状層」という）、他側
に両面粘着テープがそれぞれ設けられた永久磁石を有す
ることを特徴とする。
【０００８】上記スタンドによれば、セルホーンは金属
部分を有するバッテリを内蔵しているため、上記スタン
ドによれば、前記永久磁石が前記バッテリの金属部分に
作用する磁力及び前記ゴム状層がセルホーンのケーシン
グに作用する摩擦力によって、該セルホーンが該ゴム状
層に当接した状態で保持される。
【０００９】
【発明の実施の形態】本発明に係る装置は、一又はそれ
以上の磁石を備え、該磁石は適切な形状、寸法を有して
磁束を発生し、好ましくは、５００ポンドコインに相当
する寸法を有する非常にコンパクトな構成部品であって
も、車両走行時に発生する強い機械的振動や揺動に抗し
て強固にセルホーンを保持できるような良好な特性（例
えばネオジウム−鉄−ボロン系粉末ボンド磁石）を有す
る。
【００１０】前記磁石はセルホーンのバッテリパックに
磁力を及ぼすことによりセルホーンを引きつけ、必要位
置にセルホーンを保持する。このような強い吸引力を得
ることができる理由は次の通りである。すなわち、セル
ホーンに内蔵されるバッテリパックが主に２つに区分さ
れ、外側部分がプラスチック製ケーシング（通常黒色で
かなり薄い）、内側部分が電気的バッテリ部分、通常は
ニッケル−カドミウム型バッテリ又はニッケル金属水和
物型バッテリ（例えば、ニッケル水素型アルカリ電池）
から構成される。従って、（後述するようにセルホーン
に内蔵されるバッテリが金属部分を有しているので）セ
ルホーンを引きつける強い吸引力が発生する。これらの
バッテリ（電気的バッテリ部分）はいずれも、必然的に
磁石に引きつけられる金属製のケーシング（強磁性を有
する）を有している。従って、セルホーンのバッテリパ
ックが配されている側（通常は背部）を磁気スタンドに
向けることにより、セルホーンは車両のダッシュボード
に強固に固定される。
【００１１】磁石の一側には強い粘着力を有する両面粘
着テープが設けられ（一側面上に貼着され）、マグネッ
トを車両のダッシュボードに対して確実に固定する。一
方、磁石の他側には、鉛直方向に延在してセルホーンが
保持される場合にセルホーンが重力によって落下しない
ようにゴムの薄層又は他の適切な材質（ゴム状可撓性材
料）の薄層が設けられる。使用中、スタンドが発生する
磁束はバッテリパックの金属部分で停止され、セルホー
ンの電子回路内に侵入しない。すなわち、セルホーンの
電子回路はスタンドが発生する磁束からシールドされ、
いかなる干渉も防止されている。
【００１２】本発明をより明確に説明するために添付の
図面を参照する。なお、添付の図面は本発明を説明する
ためのものであって、本発明を制限するものではない。
【００１３】図面を参照して、本発明の一実施形態に係
るスタンドは、適切な形状と適切な磁束を発生するマグ
ネット（１）、ゴム状の薄層（３）もしくはセルホーン
（Ｂ）の滑落を防止するゴムと同様の特性を有する他の
材料からなる薄層、及び強い粘着力を発揮するテープ状
体（両面粘着テープ）（２）であってマグネット（１）
を車両のダッシュボード（Ｃ）に接着可能なものからな
る（図１参照）。図２に、車両のダッシュボード（Ｃ）
に取り付けられ、かつセルホーン（Ｂ）を理想的な位置
に確実に固定しているスタンドの様子を示す。以上説明
したように、図面（図１、図２）に図示した装置（スタ
ンド）の形状は単に説明のためのものであって、それら
に本発明を限定する趣旨ではない。

【発明の効果】以上説明したように、本発明のスタンド
の利点は明らかである。すなわち、簡素な構造であって
低価格である上に、使い勝手が非常に良い。さらに、本
発明のスタンドはほとんどあらゆる型のセルホーンに対
して互換性を有するので、非常に再利用性が高い。
