従来、固形、液状、粉末の肥料はあった。
【０００３】 これには保温効果がないという欠点があった。 本考案は、その欠点を除くためになされたものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
マット（１）の中に種、苗などを植える穴（４）を設ける。 そして、穴（４）のまわりに空気穴（２）、ミシン目（３）をつける。 本考案は、以上のような構成よりなる肥料を含む紙マットである。

【実施例】
以下、本案の実施例について説明する。 （イ） 肥料と紙と糊とを混ぜて攪拌し板状のマットを作る。 （ロ） マット（１）は円形、長方形などさまざまな形ができる。 （ハ） マット（１）の色は保温効果の為黒色にする。 （ニ） マット（１）の中に種、苗などを植える、穴（４）を設ける。 （ホ） 穴（４）のまわリに空気穴（２）をつける。 （ヘ） 苗などを植える場合に、穴（４）が小さい場合は、ミシン目（３）を 切り裂いて植える。

（イ） マット（１）により、保温効果がある。 （ロ） 散水することによりマット（１）に含まれた肥料が溶けて、肥料効果が ある。
