Abstract

(57)【要約】 【課題】本発明はシートベルトのタングを挿入するホル
ダーを確実にシートベルトに固定することを課題とす
る。 【解決手段】シートベルト１に摺動可能に取付けられて
いるタング２の先端部２Ａを挿入するループ部１３Ａの
背面から裏当て部１３Ｂを垂下させたホルダー１３にお
いて、該裏当て部１３Ｂをシートベルト１に固定する。

【発明の詳細な説明】
【０００１】
【発明の属する技術分野】本発明は主として自動車のシ
ートベルトに適用されるタングホルダーに関するもので
ある。
【０００２】
【発明の背景】自動車のシートベルトにはタングホルダ
ーが摺動可能に取付けられており、使用者の体型に合わ
せて該タングをシートベルトに対して摺動させバックル
に係合する。この種のタングにあっては、長期車室内が
高温になると金属製のために人の体が触れると火傷する
おそれがある。

【従来の技術】そこで従来図５に示すようにシートベル
ト(1) に細巾のウェビング(3) をその両端に縫い付けて
固定し、該ウェビング(3) にタング(2) の先端部(2A)を
挿入する構成が提供されている( 実開昭６１−９５６６
０号）。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】上記従来構成にあって
はウェビング(3) の両端がシートベルト(1) に縫い付け
てあるだけなので、タング(2) の先端部(2A)をウェビン
グ(3) に挿入した時に剥離力が作用し、ウェビング(3)
が剥がれ易いと云う問題点があった。

【課題を解決するための手段】本発明は上記従来の課題
を解決するための手段として、シートベルト(1) に挿通
孔(2B)を介して摺動可能に取付けられているタング(2)
先端部(2A)を挿入するループ部(13A) と、該ループ部(1
3A) の背面から垂下されシートベルト(1) に固定される
裏当て部(13B) とからなるシートベルトタングホルダー
(13)を提供するものである。

【発明の実施の形態】本発明の一具体例を図１〜図４に
示す。図１に示すようにシートベルトタングホルダー(1
3)はループ部(13A) と、該ループ部(13A) の背面から垂
下されている裏当て部(13B) とからなり、プラスチッ
ク、ゴム、布等の比熱の大きな材料によって作られてい
る。該ホルダー(13)はループ部(13A) にシートベルト
(1) を挿通し、所定箇所に裏当て部(13B) を介して固定
される。該ホルダー(13)の裏当て部(13B) とシートベル
ト(1) との固定には縫着、溶着、接着、リベット止め等
の周知の手段が適用される。
【０００７】上記構成においては、シートベルト(1) 不
使用時、図４に示すようにシートベルト(1) に挿通孔(2
B)を介して摺動可能に取付けられているタング(2) の先
端部(2A)をホルダー(13)のループ部(13A) に挿入してお
き、タング(2) が車室内の高温によって加熱されること
を防止しかつ高温になったタング(2) が人体に触れるこ
とを防止する。
【０００８】タング(2) 挿入時、ホルダー(13)には図４
矢印方向に引張り力が働くが、該引張り力によってホル
ダー(13)の裏当て部(13B) はシートベルト(1) に密着す
るので、該裏当て部(13B) はシートベルト(1) から剥離
しない。

【発明の効果】本発明ではシートベルトのタングを不使
用中高温から保護するホルダーがシートベルトから剥離
することなく確実に取付けることが出来る。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】シートベルトに挿通孔を介して摺動可能に
    取付けられているタング先端部を挿入するループ部と、
    該ループ部の背面から垂下されシートベルトに固定され
    る裏当て部とからなることを特徴とするシートベルトタ
    ングホルダー
