Claims (4)

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 内輪と、外輪と、内外輪間に配置された
転動体とを有し、この外輪の外周面に鍔部が設けられた
鍔付き転がり軸受において、円筒部の一端部に半径方向
外方に延びるフランジを他端部に半径方向内方に延びる
フランジをそれぞれ設けた鋼板製カバーの上記円筒部
を、上記半径方向内方フランジが外輪の一端面に当接す
るごとく外輪外周面に圧入固定し、上記鋼板製カバーの
半径方向外方フランジに掌合させる半径方向外方フラン
ジを設けた環状板を外輪の他端面に配置し、上記鋼板製
カバーの半径方向外方フランジと環状板の半径方向外方
フランジを固定手段にて一体化して鍔部を形成し、上記
鋼板製カバーの半径方向内方フランジの内周部と上記環
状板の内周部とにそれぞれ軸受内部側に傾斜する折曲部
を形成し、該両折曲部と内輪外周面との間にそれぞれ密
封部を形成したことを特徴とする鍔付き転がり軸受。
1. A flanged rolling bearing having an inner race, an outer race, and a rolling element disposed between the inner and outer races, wherein a flange is provided on an outer peripheral surface of the outer race. The cylindrical portion of the steel plate cover provided with a flange extending radially outward at the other end and a flange extending radially inward at the other end, on the outer peripheral surface of the outer ring as the radially inner flange abuts against one end surface of the outer ring. An annular plate provided with a radially outer flange which is press-fitted and fixed to be engaged with the radially outer flange of the steel plate cover is disposed on the other end surface of the outer ring, and the radially outer flange of the steel plate cover and the annular plate are provided. The outer flange in the radial direction is integrally formed with a fixing means to form a flange portion, and the inner peripheral portion of the radially inner flange of the steel plate cover and the inner peripheral portion of the annular plate are inclined toward the bearing inner side, respectively.
