Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry a sorter to a necessary place and to operate the sorter by providing the sorter with a conveyor which houses a magnet roller in a cylindrical roller at a terminal and making the sorter itself movable by means of wheels. 【発明の実施の形態】以下本発明の車輪付きアルミ選別
装置を図面に示す実施例に従い説明する。図1は本発明
の車輪付きアルミ選別装置を示し、該アルミ選別装置は
アルミ缶、びん、プラスチック容器、鉄缶等が混在する
選別対象物(1)を搬送する主コンベヤー(2)を有す
る。該主コンベヤー(2)は始端のローラー(5c)か
ら終端の筒状ローラー(5a)に到る単一のコンベヤー
である。主コンベヤー(2)の終端の筒状ローラー(5
a)内には図2に示す様にマグネットローラー(5b)
が収納される。すなわちマグネットローラー(5b)は
筒状ローラー(5a)の回転と分離して回転可能に隙間
を有して収納され円周方向にN極とS極が交互に配置さ
れたものである。次に主コンベヤー(2)の途中には図
3に示す様に磁性物除去コンベヤー(4)が設けられ
る。該磁性物除去コンベヤー(4)はコンベヤー背面に
マグネット(11)を有して鉄缶等の磁性物を吸引しこ
れをコンベヤー等で搬送して側方に取り出すものであ
る。磁性物除去コンベヤー(4)で吸引された磁性物は
マグネット(11)がなくなった位置で落下しガイド路
(13)にガイドされ鉄用コンテナー(8)(図1参
照)に収納される。次に前述のマグネットローラー(5
b)は主コンベヤー(2)の動きと分離して回転(高速
回転)される。すなわちマグネットローラー(5b)は
専用のモーターに接続されて高速回転するのである。ア
ルミ選別装置の使用時には選別対象物(1)は主コンベ
ヤー(2)の始端に供給され搬送されていく。磁性物除
去コンベヤー(4)位置の通過時に鉄缶等の磁性物が吸
引され鉄用コンテナー(8)に収納される。その他のア
ルミ缶、びん、プラスチック容器等は主コンベヤー
(2)の終端に到る。主コンベヤー(2)の終端ではマ
グネットローラー(5b)が高速回転しており非磁性の
電気導電性であるアルミニウム材には磁力変化(交番磁
界)により渦電流が発生しマグネットローラー(5b)
とアルミ缶の相互間に反発力が生じる。この結果アルミ
ニウム材のアルミ缶はマグネットローラー(5b)の高
速回転に駆動されて主コンベヤー(2)の終端から飛び
出す。飛び出したアルミ缶はのれん状の緩衝体(6)に
衝突し運動エネルギーを失って下方のアルミ用コンテナ
ー(10)に収納される。一方びん、プラスチック容器
等は磁性物でもなく非磁性の電気導電性でもないため主
コンベヤー(2)に載置されたまま搬送され終端から下
方に落下し非金属用コンテナー(9)に収納される。ア
ルミ缶の飛び状態とびん、プラスチック容器等の落下状
態に対応して調整する場合は図1に示すガイド板(1
4)の傾斜を調整すればよい。磁性物除去コンベヤー
(4)位置の通過時に鉄缶等の磁性物が吸引されない場
合(例えば鉄缶に砂が入っていて重量が重い場合)等が
ある。この様な場合には主コンベヤー(2)の終端まで
該鉄缶は到るが終端のマグネットローラー(5b)の磁
力に吸引される。磁性物であるから渦電流で飛ばされる
ことはないが磁力には吸引されるため終端のマグネット
ローラー(5b)に吸引されそれに沿って下端まで回り
込む。回り込んだ鉄缶はマグネットローラー(5b)の
下端において落下し前述の鉄用コンテナー(8)に収納
される。次に鉄用コンテナー(8)、非金属用コンテナ
ー(9)又はアルミ用コンテナー(10)のいずれかが
満杯になれば図4に示す様に光学的に満杯検知センサー
(12)でこれを検出し使用者に警報で知らせる。更に
アルミ選別装置自体は車輪(7)を有しており必要な場
所に運び込んで運転することが出来る。
