外周近傍から外側部分に、当該ピン部材の嵌合部外周よ
り突出した部分をばねの付勢力に抗して押圧退入させて
嵌合部をほぞ部に対して周方向に回転させたときに嵌合
部側の係合孔の周方向の縁に係合してピン部材を径方向
内側に退避移動させる第2の傾斜面を形成したことを特
