において、仮設足場の支柱に固設したケーシングの一端
面に上下方向にわたる走行桿接合部を凹設し、該走行桿

ーシングに枢着すると共に、ロック爪とケーシング内に
設けた駆動部を連結して、ロック爪の先端部が走行桿接
合部の開口側の側部より出没する様にロック爪を水平揺
動自在と成し、又走行桿接合部内に安全手摺の走行桿が
嵌入状態で「ON」状態になり、駆動部を作動させて施
錠状態にすると共に、エレベーターを昇降可能にする閉
鎖確認スイッチをケーシングに設け、他方エレベーター
が停止すると「ON」状態になって施錠状態を解除する
