There is a problem with bending workability in the pipe connection work performed at the time of installation of the indoor unit.At least the bending range of large diameter gas pipes is composed of two narrow pipes, and pipe breakage that is likely to occur during pipe connection work It is designed to prevent accidents. In addition, in the case where the indoor heat exchanger has two refrigerant inflow sides and two refrigerant outflow sides, a thin tube is directly connected to each outflow side one by one, and the refrigerant flowing out from the other side is connected to a short pipe for connection by a merger. In this configuration, the number of mergers for connecting the two refrigerant outflow sides and the gas pipe, which is required when only one gas pipe is used, is reduced. The sum of the opening areas of the two thin tubes is set to be larger than the opening area of the required gas pipe or the short pipe for connection, so that a decrease in the amount of refrigerant circulated by the thin tubes is prevented.
