Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a key handle from easily falling off at opening a door by mounting an O-ring in an annular groove provided on one part of the outer circumferential face of a holder projection projectingly provided on the center of the key receiving hole of a locking shaft. SOLUTION: A locking shaft is rotatably fitted into a fixed case 1, a key receiving hole is provided on the front end part of the locking shaft, a pair of notched grooves are provided in the inner wall of the key receiving hole, and a key inserting hole and cutting-out grooves coinciding with the notched grooves are provided on the front wall of the case 1. Next, connecting projections inserted from the cutting-out grooves to the notched grooves are provided on the extreme end shaft part 7 of a key handle 6, and when the handle 6 is rotated from the inserted position to the unlock position of the locking shaft, the connecting projections are engaged with the back side of the front wall. Next a holder projection 8 is projectingly provided on the center of the key receiving hole, a holder hole 9 into which the projection 8 is fitted is provided on the extreme end shaft part 7, an O-ring 11 is mounted in the annular groove 10 of the projection 8, and by closely sticking the ring 11 to the inner circumferential face of the holder hole 9, the handle 6 does not easily fall off even in a state of connection.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a removable lock handle device mainly used for a door of an equipment storage case.

2. Description of the Related Art In a conventional detachable lock handle device, when a key handle is connected to a fixed case and a device is inspected or repaired, the key handle is reversely rotated due to a vibration impact, and the position of the key handle is removed. Inadvertently, the key handle was dropped unintentionally.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a detachable lock handle device in which a key handle does not easily fall off when a door is opened.

As described above, in the detachable lock handle device of the present invention, the holder projection 8 is projected from the center of the key receiving hole 3 of the locking shaft 2, and the front holder 7 is attached to the tip shaft 7 of the key handle 6. The holder hole 9 into which the projection 8 is fitted is provided, and the O-ring 11 is attached to an annular groove 10 provided in a part of the outer peripheral surface of the holder projection 8.
The key handle 6 is in close contact with the inner peripheral surface of the holder hole 9 so that the key handle 6 is not easily dropped even when the key handle 6 is connected.

[Claims] 1. A lock shaft 2 is rotatably fitted into a fixed case 1, a key receiving hole 3 is provided at a front end of the lock shaft 2, and a pair of notches diametrically opposed to each other on an inner wall surface of the key receiving hole 3. Groove 3a,
3b, a key receiving hole 3 and a key insertion hole 5 corresponding to the notch grooves 3a, 3b and cutout grooves 5a, 5b are provided in the front wall 4 of the fixed case 1, and the key receiving hole 3 is inserted through the key insertion hole 5. A cutout groove 5 is provided in the tip shaft 7 of the key handle 6.
When the key handle 6 is turned from the insertion position to the unlocking position of the locking shaft 2, the connection protrusions 7 a, 7 b are connected to the front surface of the fixed case 1. In the detachable lock handle device that is engaged with the back side of the wall 4, the holder projection 8 of the key receiving hole 3 of the locking shaft 2 is protruded, and the front holder projection 8 is provided on the tip shaft 7 of the key handle 6. The O-ring 11 is attached to an annular groove 10 provided on a part of the outer peripheral surface of the holder projection 8, and the O-ring 11 is brought into close contact with the inner peripheral surface of the holder hole 9.
