Therefore, the same temperature could not be maintained for a long time, and it was difficult to use only for instantaneous heating.

If there is an error between the set temperature of the protection device and the actual temperature, there is a risk of abnormal heat generation. Also, even if a large number of heating wires are densely arranged so that there is no temperature difference between the location where the heating wire generates heat and the location where the heating wire is not provided, any portion of the heating surface In this case, it was very difficult to make the same temperature. Also, particularly when the temperature is low, it takes a lot of time for the heating wire to warm up. Also, although the heating wire has a certain degree of flexibility,
It was not possible to cope with a sharp bend, resulting in breakage and limited use of the body.

A heating pad device is formed from a sheet heating element formed by dispersing a conductive filler, a power supply connected to apply a voltage to the sheet heating element, and a jacket member covering the sheet heating element. Configured. Therefore, when a power supply voltage is applied to the sheet heating element, electrons move between the conductive fillers such as carbon black, so that a current flows between the conductive fillers. The above-mentioned energized state is maintained until. Generally, when the temperature is higher than the set temperature, the resistance value increases under a constant voltage condition, the current value decreases according to Ohm's law, the heat generation of the sheet heating element is suppressed, and the temperature is lower than the set temperature. When the voltage is constant, the resistance value decreases under the condition of a constant voltage, the current value increases according to Ohm's law, the heat generation of the sheet heating element is promoted, and a part of the body in contact with the body through the jacket member is warmed. Can be During this heat generation, for example, when a part of the body part in contact with the jacket member rises in temperature from the other part and reaches the set temperature, the part of the planar heating element corresponding to the part is heated. By increasing the resistance value of the portion, the heat generation of the portion of the planar heating element is suppressed, but since the other portions have not yet reached the set temperature, the heating of the planar heating element until the set temperature is reached. Fever is promoted. Moreover, since carbon black is an infinite number of particles of amorphous carbon having a diameter of about 3 to 500 nm, the distance between the particles of carbon black is very small, and the distance that electrons move by applying a voltage is very short. In addition, the energizing time for energizing between carbon black particles can be greatly reduced, and the same temperature can be set at any point on the heating surface of the planar heating element. And uniform heating can be performed. Even if the planar heating element configured as described above is bent, the carbon black is a granular substance, so that the energized state is not prevented between the carbon blacks.

The wavelength of the electromagnetic wave emitted from the far-infrared radiation plate 4 and the wavelength of the far-infrared ray of the body induce a resonance phenomenon, so that the inside of the object to be heated, that is, the affected part of the body can be effectively heated. And promotes sweating,
Relieving fatigue can be achieved in a short time. The far-infrared radiating plate 4 is formed of ceramic powder or zeolite powder in which a temperature of 39 ° C. or higher and an electromagnetic wave of 6 μm to 20 μm are effectively generated, in a plate shape. Alternatively, the far-infrared radiation plate 4 may be omitted, and an inorganic material that emits far-infrared rays may be printed or kneaded on the surface of the sheet heating element 1 as shown in FIG. In this case, the thickness of the entire heating pad device A can be reduced, and the sheet heating element 1 can be configured to be flexible, so that the use location of the sheet heating element 1 is not limited. There are also benefits that can be done. Alternatively, as shown in FIG. 2, the surface heating element 1 may be attached to one surface of the jacket member 3 for implementation.

By using conductive fillers such as graphite and metal powder, in the case of a heating pad device using a nichrome wire, there is a time loss until the energized state over the entire length of the nichrome wire, but no time loss The rise time can be shortened, and the same temperature can be maintained at any position on the heat generating surface. FIG. 3 shows particles B such as carbon black constituting the planar heating element 1. This figure shows a case where particles B are present at intervals S, and the shorter the interval S, the faster the speed of electron movement and the faster the current flows, and FIG. FIG. 5 shows a state in which the particles B are arranged in a dense state, and FIG. 5 shows a state in which the particles B are randomly arranged instead of the aligned state as shown in FIGS. The polymer matrix is made of polyethylene glycol, phenol phenol, or the like, and the polymer matrix and the conductive filler are formed as a plate-shaped planar heating element 1 made of a flexible conductive resin with a binder. ing. Then, by changing the concentration of the conductive filler with respect to the polymer matrix, the maximum heat generation temperature of the sheet heating element 1 can be changed. The maximum heat generation temperature is set between 30 ° and 80 °, but may be set to a temperature other than this temperature. The current value when the planar heating element 1 reaches the set temperature is reduced to 25% to 35% as compared with the time when the energization is started, so that power is consumed to compensate for heat dissipation.

As a comparison, a heating pad device of a thermostat control system of Company A and a heating pad device of a thermostat control system of Company B were used. As shown in the drawing, the surface temperature was about 55 ° in each case. As shown in the figure, in the case of the sheet heating element 1, as shown by the solid line, when the temperature rapidly rises to about 55 ° C. in about 10 minutes after energization, a constant temperature is maintained thereafter. Shown) and B
By turning on and off the power supply with a thermostat with both companies (indicated by the dashed line), 70 ° C to 55 ° C
The surface temperature changes over a wide range. As described above, the sheet heating element 1 does not greatly deviate from the set temperature as compared with the case where the power is turned on and off by the thermostat. In particular, there is no fear of heating or firing when the temperature rises from the set temperature, and further, it is possible to eliminate the need for a control device such as a thermostat and to maintain a stable temperature.

As shown in the figure, in the heat generation temperature characteristic a, after the surface temperature has reached about 55 ° (set temperature), the temperature has not been controlled to increase the surface temperature as in the thermostat control method, and the temperature has decreased. Since only the current flows on the surface of the part only,
As shown in the power consumption characteristic b, it is possible to suppress an increase in power consumption. In other words, after reaching a surface temperature of about 55 ° (set temperature), substantially constant power is consumed, and It is possible to save power.
