後、落とし込み運転を行なって暖房回路内の循環水を上
水に置換することにより、暖房回路内の循環水が清浄な
上水に置換されるから、循環水の滞留による水腐りの密
生を抑制することができるとともに、暖房回路の循環水
の補給作用に用いることも可能であるから、暖房水補給
管及び暖房水補給電磁弁を不要とすることができ、構造
を簡単にすることができ、コストダウンを図ることがで
きる。また、風呂加熱回路の運転が終了した際に、暖房
回路側に三方切換弁を切り換える前に落とし込み運転を
行なうことにより、三方切換弁を暖房回路側に切り換え
られる時は、常に風呂暖房共用回路部分即ち戻り管、風
呂暖房用熱交換器及び往き管には上水が満たされている
ことになり、暖房回路に風呂の汚れた雑水が流入するこ
と無く、水腐りを防止することができるとともに、風呂
加熱回路側の運転が終了する度に、上記水腐り防止運転
を行なうから、ユーザーの動作要求に会った範囲でのみ
水腐りの防止運転を行ない、ユーザーが意図しない時に
不意に水腐りの防止運転が開始されることはない。さら
に、風呂加熱運転開始時に浴槽への落とし込みが行なわ
れた後、暖房回路側に三方切換弁を切り換えて所定時間
