(57)【要約】 【課題】 この発明は予作動式スプリンクラー設備の
二次側配管を常時負圧にしてスプリンクラーヘッドの飛
散防止と消火放水を早くなるようにして初期消火を有効
にする為のものである。 【解決手段】 予作動式スプリンクラー設備の二次側配
管を常時負圧にしておく。

Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 この発明は消火用予作動式スプリンクラー設備配管の二
次側を常時負圧にしておき、スプリンクラーヘッドが事
故作動した時にスプリンクラーヘッドの構成部品及び配
管内の残水が、飛散しないようにしたものである。又火
災発生時には連動用火災感知の作動により配管内に充水
しますが、管内が負圧の為速やかに充水します。よって
消火放水もスプリンクラーヘッドの作動後速やかに始ま
り、本来の目的である初期消火に有効です。従来の予作
動式スプリンクラー設備配管の二次側には加圧された空
気が充填されており下記の欠点があります。
蓄圧された空気によりスプリンクラーヘッドの部品
が飛散して危険。
火災が発生して作動した時には蓄圧された空気が吹
き出すため火災を拡大する、又蓄圧された空気が放出し
た後でないと放水が始まらないため本来の目的である初
期消火が遅れる。
常時空気が補充される為、空気中の酸素により配管
内の腐食が促進される。
配管内に空気が残る為、配管の有効断面積が減少し
流水抵抗が増える。
事故作動時に配管内の残水が放出し水損を発生させ
る。
